              I signed up as an agent for Tivly where I would get warm lead transfers sent to me. Everthing was going well, but then I did not log into my account for 45 days and so the account was suspended and I was told I would need to contact customer service via email at ******************************************* I first asked for my account to be re-activated on 6/7/23....there was no response; I asked again on 6/12/23. There was a response on 6/13 and they requested I confirm I wanted my account re-activated. I confirmed that I wanted my account re-activated on 6/13. I followed up on 6/15 and it had not been reactivated. I followed up on 6/19, 6/28, 7/10, 7/17, and 7/31 and I have not heard back from Tivly at all nor has my account be reactivated. In addition they are still holding about $450 that I had deposited with them and I can't access it.
