      Lander Jeep in Norman are LIARS! If you want to see the whole story of what happened you can go see my ****** review. In a nut shell we took in a 2014 Jeep compass and they did $1500 dollars in guessing what was wrong with the car and when it kept doing the same thing they told us it would be another $1100 dollars for the next guess at what might be wrong. THEY NEVER FIXED THE *** AND LIED ON THE ****** REVIEW RESPONSE. They are LIARS, STAY AWAY!

      I'm not sure if this goes against the contract that i signed however since the car is paid off it should be ok. I signed for a apr on a paper copy and they changed it online and had me paying a higher apr for months. Saying since I caught it late I had to honor the online apr. Thank goodness we have a family friend that's an attorney that got everything handled. That's when they fixed everything. They did cancel my gap insurance and were real ugly with me going forward. I wouldn't recommend

      I am sorry to hear that your extended warranty cancellation did not go as smoothly as you expected it to go. There is a process for cancellations and when a customer refinances a loan the previous lender will still receive the cancellation proceeds unless there is a lien release present during cancellation requests. Once the previous lender receives the cancellation they will in turn forward the proceeds back to you or the customer canceling the extended coverages. Your cancellation has been processed from the day you called and if for any reason you need assistance please let me know.

      Legally can't talk the big issue however I do suggest you find another place to get a vehicle from. They pull the prices out the sky for services and the women customer service is horrible. Also the warranty is useless. I have the premium and I've only successfully been able to get are oil changes. They make you jump through hoops to get anything else you're already paying for.

      Got a cars extended warrenty taken 2 months to fix an ac compressor keeps making things up on repairs keeps telling us they will get to the van the next day has been 2 months still nothing wont give loaner and keep lying about the whole thing

      ************** the repairs to your Pacifica was approved by extended Warranty on July, 8th. We do not order parts until the warranty approves the claim. The parts were indeed ordered on July 8th the same day of your approved repairs. Parts ETA was July 13th and on the 15th we asked for a follow up from the manufacturer as to why the compressor wasn't here. The compressor was placed on backorder so we placed your vehicle on V.O.R. (vehicle off road) status. This moves your vehicle to a higher priority when parts are ordered but are on backorder. We finally received your parts on the evening of July 29th. The technician that is assigned to your repairs currently has a major engine component replacement job on a vehicle that is taking up his stall. Once this is completed your Pacifica will be moved in for repairs. We are short on loaners due to the lack of availability of parts. This means customers are in loaners longer and we have a limited amount of loaners available to loan out. Our records show there has been consistent communication on the status of the repairs and the wait in which it is taking. I apologize for the inconveniences and frustration but I want to ensure you that we want you to have your vehicle back as soon as possible.

      I have been dealing with this dealership since August of 2020. The sales manager was the first one who delivered terrible tactics by rating my trade in as "Poor condition". I traded in a 2018 ****** Highlander in EXCELLENT condition. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked why he rated it as "poor", ********************** (I believe that to be his name) stated that "Oh don't worry about that part, it doesn't make any difference on the value." The next day I called and then brought the 2020 Jeep Wrangler back to the dealership and told them that the vehicle was not steering correctly, that it was "off" and would delay direction when on a curve by a couple of seconds.(In other words, I would steer it in a direction and it wouldn't follow). For the first month of owning my jeep, it spent more time in their service **** than in my garage. I literally was in tears at the GM's door and he didn't even try to find out why. Monday I once again had to bring my less than 2 year old Jeep with on ****** miles on it because the cluster panel went out. They did not tell us in advance that because the odometer was not working that we would not be able to drive the jeep back home...approx 90 miles. **** no ride, no loaner, and no help from anyone at this dealership, my husband was stranded for 8 hours with no way to get home. Once again, we expressed our unhappiness and nobody responded even after I got notification that they "opened" every direct message to them. This dealership has done nothing but cost us ************ refuse to acknowledge any grievances after numerous attempts. I reached out to them in the manner they asked me to but I believe they only told me to direct message them so that it would make it appear they were fixing the situation on the review I left on their site. I also asked numerous times for the owners email or number so that I could reach out to him and I was again ignored. I was told the part for my car would be here today now it isn't. Worse experience EVER

      This morning the *** **************, reached out to me and was extremely helpful and explained that it was the former GSM's door that I was outside of when I was so upset and he (GM) was totally unaware of the problems we were having. ************** listened to my concerns and frustrations and assured me that he would stay on top of the situation concerning my Jeep and gave me his personal cell number to speak to him directly if need be. They have also promised to reserved a loaner vehicle for us to pick up tomorrow morning 3/22/22, to use until my vehicle is repaired. For the first time concerning this Jeep, I feel as though someone besides ***** in the service ***** has listened and truly wanted to help and I can appreciate that.

      Worst experience ever. Bought a used vehicle on July 7th and I still don't have a title to get it registered in my name. On top of that they dragged their feet for months on getting the repairs done that we agreed on in closing. They only fixed it after I filed a complaint with the ******************** I've had to drive on an expired tag almost every month because they refuse to send new ones until I complain enough. Give me the title or buy the vehicle back!

      My dealings with this dealership had been great until I ordered a vehicle under the promise of invoice pricing. When my truck came in I was talked to like I was an idiot, thinking Id get a truck for the price I was quoted due to the shortages in vehicles.To quote *************************(manager of some sort) even if the president of the United States wanted to buy this truck at that price, it wouldnt happen. Was also told we will sell that truck for 10k over msrp tomorrow if you dont buy it.I asked for ******** boss, he came in with the same attitude until I showed him text between me and ******* outlining the deal. Told me ******* said no pricing was ever discussed.Id use them for service or buying again, everything would have to be in writing though. Sad ******* was ready to s**** me over to line his pockets a little more.Thank you GSM ********************* for for correcting ******** actions.Nate also has shown very unprofessional behavior since I rated him and the dealership the was I had. He called me to confront me acting like he had been there selling me this truck from the beginning. I ordered my truck, I didnt walk off of the streets not knowing what I was getting. This dealership could definitely use some stronger management to correct their poor actions.

      With the exception of my salesperson, this dealership lied to me. I traded my truck in and what they gave me was $4000 more then the pay-off. The agreement was to send me a person check for the difference. Instead of them sending me the check as agreed, they sent it to me in my county tax office name. This would be okay if my taxes and registration added up to the $4000 difference but it does not. I can now NOT use that check to pay for my taxes and registration as the county office will not except it. I now have to pay out-of-pocket due to the fact that my tax/reg is about $50% less, so the check in hand is now NO GOOD. The fact that Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman dealership thinks it is okay to lie to those who purchase $50,000 plus dollar vehicles is unacceptable. I will be sure to pass that TRUTH forward to my associates.
