      I've been trying to cancel my account. I tried doing so by sending an email; I got an email back stating that they had tried to reach out. I am not sure if they did. So I tried calling today. I've been with them since 7/21. Naturally they want to know why I am canceling. Simply - I just don't want/ need the service. They couldn't accept that and continued to ask if it's price, service, etc. At this point I've talked to 3 customer advocates... each one wanting to speak over me and not able to produce any detailed statement to show where this money is owed from. The bottom of the document just has 6 lines of invoices with a date of 5/17. Better business records need to be kept, period. I truly feel that their lack of detailed documents is a tactic to pressure customers into staying. If I was 6 months behind in payments... why am I only hearing it when I am trying to cancel services and why are you continuing to preform services. Not once has the online portal shown a balance past due. If I truly am past due why has no correspondence been attempted? Our call ended with a supervisor not being able to take my call but will try to "edit" the statement and reach out to me. Red flag!!! So now I'm expecting a doctored statement to read whatever they want it to say to try to pressure me into overpaying for services. The attached document is the file I was sent on my call today. "Manual reoccurring billing"... again red flag.

      We have had service with them for a few months now and the service is beyond sub par. I called multiple times had multiple notes put on the account about the poor service and even was supposed to have someone in management call/come out and that never happened. I have autism and asked for the representative to re-explain my options because I feel I am trapped into paying 322 to get out of the service or the 237 left in services. She informed me she was done going round and round with me and hung up. There was no resolve and they are scamming people into contracts then refuse to uphold there end of the deal.

      Just spent 20 minutes on the phone with the customer and hopefully have straightened things out.  We are giving her a free service also.
