I placed an order on December 16th, 2022. Order was supposed to be shipped in 2 parts. First part containing sleep ware was supposed to arrive on December 23, 2022. Second half of order, which was recliner covers was to be shipped on January 17, 2023. Sleep shirts were lost in the mail and finally delivered in January. Recliner cover still havent been shipped to date and no one at Sooner Sports can tell me when they will be shipped. *** asked for my money back and was told they couldnt do that because recliner covers are coming from a third party. *** been told numerous times that someone would reach out to me concerning my order, no one has contacted me.
