      On 2/14/2024 I visited the urgent care clinic. During registration I was called to make my co-payment which is $30 for Urgent **** services through my private insurance. The desk clerk told me that for me it would $150 because I had a bankruptcy on file. 1. My bankruptcy was discharged in January of 2023. 2. The note input on my file was made in February of ******. I called to verify that I had a Zero Balance owed to the clinic which was confirmed by one of the desk clerks, Camry.4. I asked ***** to verify how long I have had a zero balance, to which she replied 2016. I know I had a balance with Classen Family Medicine that was involved in my bankruptcy, however my bankruptcy was a Chapter 13 bankruptcy which means Classen Family Medicine was made whole and the balance was paid.I have a ZERO balance with both the urgent care clinic and Classen family medicine. The desk clerk also mentioned the Classen Family Medicine and Classen Urgent **** operate as two separate businesses with separate billing - so why am I being penalized when (a) my bankruptcy is discharged (b) I have zero balances with both providers and (c) I did not sign any waiver for either business to access my credit report - nor have I signed any billing disclaimer regarding deposits etc. - especially since I carry a ZERO BALANCE. I do not owe that business money and my discharged bankruptcy should have no bearing on my access to medical services.

      I encourage anyone to rethink their choice before going to any of the locations for Classen Urgent Care. Their reviews are inflated and they block most negative reviews from their ******** page. Everything in this review is factual backed with documents, email, voicemails and recordings of conversations.I visited their ***** location in Sept 2021. An insurance issue at the time caused them to overcharge me. Once it was resolved, it was determined they owed me a refund of $66. I called multiple times but kept getting told to call back in 2 weeks if I didn't see it. After weeks of this, I got more assertive. They told me they would be mailing the refund. They failed to tell me it was mailed certified. I received no post office notices. They forced me to pick it ** in person but I only had a few days before the check expired and did not make it to the bank before it expired due to work hours conflicting with bank hours. For months, they ignored me. I filed a complaint here and they even ignored the BBB. In July they told me finally they'd reissue it and stated I'd have to pick it up. They again mailed it without telling me. I didn't receive it. I spoke to a very hateful man yesterday 7/28/2022 who made false accusations against me, wouldn't let me speak, kept talking in circles and finally threatened me with his lawyer that he said cost 400/hr. He told me I was rude and then went on a rage filled rant about my negative reviews, threatened me again with legal action because I wanted my refund. Then he hung up on me. I have the entire conversation recorded and told him it was being recorded. Aside from holding my refund for almost a year, their provider that saw me was not competent, grossly misdiagnosed me and they should be glad I got a second opinion and am not proceeding with a malpractice suit.As stated their reviews are inflated and their own employees have reviews out there including from office manager *******. You have been warned!
