Bought used vehicle from Wholesale Auto on September 5th, 2023. Shocks busted through the hood September 14th. Engine went out Oct 19th. When I called to ask how to resolve the issue, I was told there wasnt anything they could do. Its October 25th, I still have not received my title.Business response

I am reaching out today in regard to the complaint submitted by *************************, on 10-25-23.
The title was sent out and was received by ******* on the same day she submitted the complaint. There were two notices left by the post office, she even called and asked where it was. I advised her the tracking number was, ******************** and that it was waiting at the post office for her.

I am rejecting this response because: 1. They didn't send my title out until after the 30 days of purchase. 2. They didn't get me the tracking number until I called with more complaints about the vehicle on October 25th; after reaching out for a tracking number on October 3rd . 3. They sold a vehicle without proper inspections. They said they serviced the vehicle before selling: This was false. Please see the attached letter from the mechanic who looked it over. Call it dealer fraud or sold in not good faith, whatever you want to call it. The issues with the vehicle should have been fixed. I should not have engine problems with a vehicle 45 days after purchase.I just want a refund so I can buy a RELIABLE car for my son and I.
