I cancelled my and my husbands monthly membership on October 22, 2021 after consulting to an employee on the phonr at the business. My husbands card continues to be charged a monthly rate. I want to be refunded for every time they have charged my husband ************************* and me since that date.Business response

Thank you for allowing me to respond again to the complaint that was filed against our business. I do not know why the original response did not save. I did mail an explanation and response on 1/11/22 as well which I have attached. Here is just the paragraph that addresses ********************** complaint.
Yannah and ************************* purchased a membership with Midtown Medical in July of 2021. The membership agreement was for a monthly fee of ***** each and is required to be for a minimum of at least 3 months. They would then be able to purchase unlimited IV drips (infusions for $99.00) and one specialty drip for $99 per month. A membership may be canceled after 3 months by requesting it be canceled in writing. Ms. ******* called to cancel her and her husband's membership and was told that we would do so but please submit her request in writing. She did send an email on 10/22/21 to cancel the membership. ********************** membership was canceled in October and she was not charged any more monthly fees. ******* membership however, somehow, got missed and was not canceled. Yannah contacted the clinic in December and was mad and said that we had been continuing to chargie for both her and her husband. She had not been charged any more fees. The staff apologized to her regarding ******* membership not being canceled in October. We immediately canceled his membership and refunded his November and December charges. An email was sent to her the same day telling her we had refunded the 2 months charges. Technically ***** never contacted the clinic to cancel his membership; however, we were more than happy to do so based on Yannah's request. We take customer service very seriously and want all of our customers to be happy. We understand that things happen and members sometimes have to cancel or suspend their memberships. This is never a problem and that is why we do not require any long term commitment. It was unfortunate that this situation occurred and we feel that we corrected the situation and resolved it as timely as possible. When Yannah called to cancel the membership her reason was that they could not come in very often based on our hours. Beginning in February we are extending our Wednesday hours to later so hopefully they will be able to come back in and enjoy doing drips again as well as others that could not make it in before 5 pm.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do to resolve this complaint.
