Never recieved the disks I was promised! Only recieved a streaming connection but requested the library of disks that were promised I emailed several requests but no one responded started process 2 years ago paid $140.00 but never recieced promised product.Business response

If you emailed *** directly, that is why nothing has been done. He has an autoresponder that directs you to email me instead to receive customer support, which you never did (as it perhaps ended up in your spam folder). We can always be reached through [email protected] which is the email listed at the bottom of our website on every page: https://www.concealedcarryuniversity.org/ I will send you the email we sent out to everyone when the discs came back in stock after the worst of the Pandemic was past. It contains the link to pay shipping only in order to receive your hardcopies - which was the promise made at the time of purchase - 'maintain your digital order, and when DVDs are back in stock, then we will notify you with the link to pay shipping and enter your current address in order to receive your hardcopies." This was originally a mass email sent at least four times after stock came back to all customers that ordered during the Pandemic. We had to do it this way in case someone changed addresses since the wait was going to be so long - we didn't want to automatically ship items to wrong addresses.
