I moved in last December. I am so disappointed. My appliance are older than me and broken and ugly. I have complained so many times. They just fixed my ice maker since December of last year. One of my toilets has a piece of cardboard under it to keep it level. My shower hearts are broken and dirty. It took months to fix my thermostat,! The yards and parking lot are a mess all the time. Dirty, Nothing gets done right. I am moving out when lease is up. This is not what I was s as gown before U moved in and I asked. I just had a heart attack and I gave to sweep the side walk all the time for so many leaves. Not what is shown on the website. So upset with this. I was in hospital and called, My daughter drop my rent off between 5 and 6 the day it was due, They still charged me a late fee and I was in hospital after almost dying.Initial Complaint

My rent was changing October 1, 2021. I had been contacted around August to go into the apartment portal to accept my new rental increase. I did just that. When October came I was charged the old rate and was told I need to pay the remainder along with late fee via email. I called my apartment office and exolained the situation along with the fact I had been set on auto pay already. The office manager said that she had spoke with me to change my auto pay amount after my September **** in August. I don't not remember that in the conversation and I told her that. I expressed I don't think I feel I should have to pay the late fee off a conversation back in August, with no email or any other form of remainders. She said if I didn't pay they would start the eviction process. A week later I got a letter for proposed eviction. I contacted corporate and the lady on the other end was less likely to help. She was very rude and cut me off multiple times. I was told upper management would call me back and they never did.
