Installed security **************** late 2021, currently feb. 2023 & still not resolved, hired Safeco Security systems to install security system, cameras, & monitor security alarms.the amount charged for the security system was roughly $8k to $10k, Safeco Security Systems was supposed to install complete security system with **************** & alarm monitoring service, to date our store has been broken into 3 **************** system/alarms did not work & were not being monitored all 3 times. The issue has still not been resolved & no one from the company will return calls or emails.Business response

We did not charge him to fix it. Took a long time to get paid. I have no problem calling *****. He got broke into and they busted the door. He knows the people who did it and he said he is under age so the police wont do anything. He bricked up the door and he wants some panic buttons I told him we had to order them and get them in. We have been there two times and I have talked to him one time.
