We ordered a part from them, once we received the part we no longer needed the part we contacted them they told us to send it back they would refund us the amount for said part. We sent it back part still in original packing, no damage. We have sent numerous emails, called left messages and still have not received a reply nor the refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part for my truck from ************************************************, order number ******. A replacement back up camera for my 2020 F250. Before adding to my cart, I double checked that the part would fit my vehicle, even provided the **** Their website confirmed this part would fit my vehicle. I ordered it, it arrived and the plug was NOT the same AT ALL. I reached out to them this morning, less than 1 business day after discovering the part was wrong. They responded with. Sorry, we don't accept returns on electronics. I would agree, we're it MY FAULT and I just flat ordered the wrong part. I ordered this part because THEY ADVISED it would fit. When I told them that, they advised, sorry, only so much the website can do. In my opinion, having the actual VIN to the vehicle should have eliminated all possibilities of it being the "wrong part". I want an RMA number to return this part and I want my card credited for the purchase price of this camera which was *****Business response

My E-Commerce Manager *************** reached out to the customer with return instructions to send the part back to us for a refund.
