    On June 23th, 2021 I texted *************************** about dropping my grey 2021 Jeep Cherokee off at his fresh start auto repair shop to be fixed from hail damage. I did not bring the check that I got from my insurance because I felt that they shouldn't get paid till the work was done I texted **************** again about this but he insisted that I had to bring the check so they could get a supplement from the insurance incase the check did not meet the right amount needed. So on June 25th, 2021 my mother and I went to the shop and met the assistant to hand over the check I received from the insurance. The amount on the check was ********. I didn't hear back from them about my car till July 19th, 2021 My family and I went to ******* for vacation, and **************** had called me telling me "they were waiting on my insurance to look the car over to get a supplement and then it would only take a few weeks to finish the car" and I did hear back from my insurance they said, "that there would be a supplement given to the fresh start auto repair shop". The amount on the supplement check was ********. I repeatedly texted and called **************** and the fresh start auto repair shop about when my car would be done but would get told that the hood is on backorder due to covid. My insurance would call and get no response, I went up to the shop with my sister and got into an argument with the owner on why it was taking so long and he told me " I can't speak on the amount of time it's taking since I don't know the process of fixing a car" I also took pictures of the car. It wasn't till September 20th, *************************************************** and **************** agreed. He claimed he would write something out for me but when I arrived he gave me the keys and didn't have me sign anything. Before I left the grounds I notice the passenger side and hood had not been fixed. I then texted him again about the remaining damage and he stated that when the hood arrives he would fix the reaming damage.
