      Best bank ever. Always the highest money market rates and no problems transferring money back and forth. Can take six Metro hours a month. No charges or any upkeep or anything. Just watch your money grow. The only thing I don't like is that I can't see daily how much interest is accrued until the end of the month.

      Absolutely *WORTHLESS* customer service. Application for money market account was declined and their notice said "The decision was influenced by information received from a consumer-reporting agency. The reporting agency did not make the decision to deny your account application and is unable to provide you with specific reasons why this decision was made."I got my report from the agency and there were no negative items on the report. So I called in to Vio to ask why the decision was made. The customer service person was utterly useless and just repeated "You need to talk to the reporting agency" despite the fact the bank's own notice said the agency couldn't tell me why the decision was made.When I pointed out his advice was the exact opposite of what the bank's notice instructed, he literally just said "okay" repeatedly. Absolute NPC/bot behavior. I almost would have thought it was AI if he hadn't gotten so obviously flustered and confused.When I asked for a supervisor, he wouldn't transfer me to one and only would 'schedule a callback'.Customer service that 100% does not deserve anyone's business.

      In response to the review submitted by ************************* to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in *************, ********, concerning Vio Bank,a ******** of ************* (Vio), and received by ************* (MidFirst), on September 18, 2023.  A Vio supervisor made attempts to contact *************** at the email address he provided in his review, on September 20, 2023,and September 27, 2023.  As of September 28, 2023, **************** has not made any further contact with the supervisor or Vio.  MidFirst considers this matter closed.

      I have used Vio Bank for a couple of years for some CDs and a Money Market account because their rates have always been good, and I've never had any issues with them until my last 12-month CD renewed. While I should have had it on my radar, I have always received notices by mail and/or email from them when I had a CD maturing, until this time. Instead, I received a letter stating that because the 10-day grace ****** had passed, the CD had been rolled over for another 12 months and giving the new rate, but I never received any other notices about it even coming up for renewal. When I contacted them, I was passed onto a young male "supervisor" who was rude from the get-go, and he basically stated that he would have to review whether any communications were sent to me and then get back in touch, but I've never heard from him since. I've called them back three times since and was told by the next CS person that she "couldn't get a response from him" and the last one I spoke with, eight days ago on a Friday afternoon, said my past supervisor was out but another one would be in touch by Monday. Crickets! and still waiting and this matter has been going on for a month now. Part of my issue is that just after the CD was renewed, there was another interest rate hike and Vio raised their rates, and now their ***************** is paying a higher rate than the 12-month CD. So, I could have rolled the CD over into my Money Market account and gained a higher rate, and not tied up the money for another 12 months. As soon as this CD matures, I'll be closing both accounts, as I'm not going to tolerate such poor and rude service. I've also already opened two other CDs worth over $130k elsewhere, so their loss is far greater than mine, and I would recommend folks take their business elsewhere as well. Even their responses to other complaints here are rude and defiant and speak as to what kind of company they are and how they value their customers.

      This company is fraud .. I dont know how they decipher what accounts are closed and theres not a reason closed for business reasons .. they will take youre money at any time no fore warning with a ridiculous reason to close account . My account was closed before it was completely funded then Im treated like trash on the phn disgusting customer service.. Im actually on the phn rt now with a customer service representative who refuses to answer questions. He just going silent. Its so weird I can make this up Im literally begging for him to answer a question its like he wants me to cuss him out and hang up . My money was stolen and everyone is in on it .. Im gonna make it my sole priority to expose this bank as fraud .. this is ridiculous

Vio Bank is a division of MidFirst Bank, and as such, MidFirst Bank denies the issues alleged in this review, and although a Vio Bank supervisor spoke directly with Ms. ****** in an effort to address her concerns, we were unable to meet her desired resolution. MidFirst Bank considers this matter closed.

      Vio Bank is a scam!! I have the same password and username for all of my accounts so I absolutely know my password. However their app constantly says its wrong. After calling I was unable to unlock the account with the customer rep. ********* after calling my account works again. I have a request to transfer all funds from this scam of an bank or investment account Whatever they are calling themselves. A total waste and if my money is not returned to my external account I will be pursuing criminal charges against this bank. ****** learned so run so you dont too fall victim to the scam!
