This is place is not accommodating to someone with mobility issues. I was pulling in the parking lot recevied a call from **** saying I was almost at the 10min **** for being late. I informed her I was parking , I told her I was on crutches and would need an extra minute to get inside. As we are on the phone, im trying to get out of the car and it hit the 10min ****. She then tells me the service I booked couldn't be performed but I could have a reduced service or come back over two hours later.Response from the owner 34 minutes ago Hi ******, Thanks for your feedback. I understand your frustration being on crutches and not being able to get your service done. Unfortunately you were 10 minutes late for a 30 min appointment and hadnt filled out your intake forms. If you had told us prior to your appointment (ie. On your forms) that you had mobility issues then we could have been more prepared and possibly extended the time allotted. Unfortunately we had clients right after you and our only options were to modify the service or get you in at our next opening which was 2 hours later. Im sorry we werent able to accommodate you more today. Every day is different and we hope youll give us another try in the future.
