      I purchased and Automobile on February 13 2024 online the car was ****** I gave the dealership 4000 down on the car first payment was on the 13th of march i called him on the phone stated the website not taking payment them he processed on the phone the days later because my bank was saying fraud when we on the phone. Then 8 days later the car broke down would not start. I had to get the car towed from ***** back to ******** in a total parts and labor to fix car *****. So I ended up being late on my payment but I still paid it I was late on like 3 payment was paying bi weekly. I called them told them I was bring 2 payments in on Friday payment was so on Wednesday Thursday night they came to my house and repossessed my car I call his phone when they came to pay no answer them I called him in the morning he began to yell at me disrespect me and say that thats what I dont deal with black people so I ask him how can we fix he told me the only way to fix if I gave him ****** today I told him I have both payments I can pay you he said he call me back never called me back I keep calling him he was avoiding me all that day, I called him again and he just totally disrespected me said because I didnt respond on time he didnt wanna talk to me. So I say Im just out of ***** like that he said I dont care about you the cat is mines and dont ever call them again and repeatedly said you black people but since I got that car nothing but problems 1 blow out tire key fob back tail never work replace sensors because they took them so I would nt know what was wrong with the car front bumper keep falling off got that fix headliner fell off front left brake caliper sticking then the motor start ticking because they put think oil in it to cover it up the noise.

      ****,  Flair Auto was waiting to respond til Friday when the person that dealt with *********************** was back from vacation(getting married).  Here however is a response from ownership,  *********************** was late on 3 payments after buying the vehicle from us in February.  On the third late payment the car was repossessed.  Thank you, ***********************
