      Terrible service by Finance Manager, ***********************, when I bought a new truck at Smicklas Chevrolet, in *************.I live in another state and purchased a brand new truck for a relative. What should have been a positive experience, turned into a nightmare.I was totally unfamiliar with the OK Tax, license procedure on new cars. I became completely stressed out because after the purchase, I never received any complete info re *** above, nor who to make my first car payment to. FC never answered his phone, his voicemail was always completely full, preventing me from leaving a message, and when I reached a person on the line, he was always out or unavailable. It took 42 days to receive the *** info.I received it on a Saturday, and Monday was a holiday!And, I still had not been informed who, or when to make my first car payment! I just personally knew that its usually 45 days after purchase.It took a number of more calls, to get that info from 2 other kindly, helpful people I was transferred to! FC still not getting back to me. During these 42 days, I tried to find out who the owner/manager of Smicklas Chevrolet was, but all the online info was outdated, and when I called Smicklas, I was given an email that bounced back, I called again, and no one knew. Complete Frustration!!!I am a senior citizen, who has purchased a number of new cars, and it was always a happy, positive experience.This was a Nightmare!I have never been treated so UNPROFESSIONALLY, rudely, ignored, neglected, dismissed!My personal, negative, traumatic experience, makes it impossible for me to recommend Smicklas to Anyone!Lastly, whenever I purchase a new car, I also purchase an extended 5 year warranty. When I got a copy of it at Smicklas, I was STUNNED! It was absolutely useless, because the new car had been built with Non-GM parts. So Nothing could be guaranteed, not even that any GM dealerships would accept it for service!!!I cancelled it Immediately!BUYER BEWARE!!!

      Shady misleading business practices followed by smoke and mirrors to avoid you.They are owned by the owner of the Acceleride program, ******************* etc. They led me to believe I was buying with Acceleride, knowingly sold me a car not having features I wanted. Immediately send a text to return it and am ignored. They lied and said theyd already sent out the title on the 24th, it wasnt signed by their sales manager until the 26th.Told me I could trade it back for a loss I will be attempting ADR, if that fails imma have to be patient and go all the way and make sure I get my moneys worth!

      I took my car into Smicklas to get the brakes changed and the roters done. I dropped my car off at 9am. My mom picked me and my kids up to run errands. About 2:30pm I had not heard from them so I called them. I was on hold for like 30 mins. When someone picked up, I asked and they put me back on hold. Then a little bit later someone else came on the phone. The lady said she was about to call me because there was a problem. The problem was that they lost my keys! They wanted me to drive home almost an hour drive to see if I could find a spare key and the almost hour drive back. In hopes that I have a spare key somewhere. Seriously! I get to Smicklas at 3:30pm to figure out what the heck is going on and how they can fix this problem. Well all the managers were gone except that car sales manager who had no clue what was going on until I needed to talk to a manger. He then said we can break into your car to get the carseats but they didn't have any loaner cars. They were going to leave me Saturday night, all day Sunday and Monday until I could get back to my car without transportation. I told him he could try to get the carseats out but I needed a car. I also made it clear that if there was any damage to my car that they would have to fix it. It was typed it out and signed. I have video and pictures of this happening. After the first attempt, he then said he didn't even have the right tools to do it but still did it. Seriously! He said we could call the locksmith but they would do the same thing and not care if they did any damage to my car. By this time the parts manager was called in. He then drove to a car place in ****** and got a key made but not programmed. The manager found a car that was just bought from auction and they just cleaned it up. It was VERY clear that it was inconvenient for them to help me out even though they lost my keys. Everything was put back on me. Not good customer service. He kept saying, I am doing this to help you out. I don't have to do this at all. As I was about to leave on the loaner car to go purchase carseats for my kids that they said they would reimburse me for (make sure you keep the boxes so we can return them) the parts manager pulled up with an unprogramed set of keys. He was able to open my car for me to get the carseats out. As I was getting the carseats out, I noticed lots of damage to the inside door of my car where they tries to break into my car. I showed the parts manager so he was aware. He obviously didn't say anything to anybody. When they called me Monday afternoon that my car was done, o asked if they fixed the damage. The lady said yes. Well, when I got there they had not. The only thing they did was replace the rubber seal around the door that got torn. The door panel was scratched, cloth by the seat belt was scratched, the rubber around the window area was scratched, the metal was scratched, and I dont even remember what else. **** then went into debate and the sales manager argued with me and my husband who was on the phone. **************** again was terrible. I had them write and sign that they would pay for it to be fixed from the shop of my choice. I left and took my car to get an estimate. I called the general manager and discussed all this with her. She finally apologized and said they would pay for it. They just needed a reciept of the finished work. Who has $1,225.** just laying around to get their car fixed? Not this mom! I went round and round with them about getting me a check but they would not do it unless I had a reciept. The place in our small town was booked all the way until Jan. **** all happened back October! So I scheduled it and called the general manager to make sure they were doing to pay for. In December, I tried to get a check from them to take to the body shop so they would do the work but I had to cancel that appointment because here are on January 6th and still no check and my car has not been fixed. I just sent them an email saying that I am sick of dealing with them. I want the world to know that they have terrible customer service and do not stick to their word even if it is notarized. Do not do business with them!
