Watershed **** Brushes scratched my car on both sides. Saw this as sun hit it, couple hours after I went through. I went back and they called me several days later. They said good news cameras show no scratches going in but bad news didnt show it going out either! I was back within several hours. Wonder why? Cars still wet! I just got the car. They were going to try to buff the scratches out themselves but had to have his regional manager show him how to use a buffer. ***************************) was going to start with a glaze and finish with compound. Incorrect. Compound is first. We tried one area and they would not be removed. They said their insurance wouldnt pay and after I visited a professional detailer, he agreed what scratches were from. Said they could be fixed with medium compound, professional hi speed buffer, filled by glaze the finished with a wax. I called ********* and asked him for his company to pay A simple $250.00 fix and we could call it good! Today I went back and They have refused. He apologized and said he was off a couple days and was only there to buff out another car today. Hmmm? Really? So what happened.Absolutely deplorable service and it is obvious with scratches. Yes I should have made sure they were Brushless!!!!!!!!!!Got tons of pics and a pic of there brushes which really goes up the side about halfway up door as where my scratches are! Pics will be on my page!Detail may work $250 Paint affected area only $715Initial Complaint

Dec.2,20222 *** machines at the carwash tore the taillight cover off my vehicle. ***y did not even apologize one of the attendants told me that there will be many taillights covers getting tore off and they will not pay for it also offer me a piece of my broken taillight cover. take it or not he doesn't care. I asked to speak to a manager they told me he was in a meeting, and I would hear from him on Monday. This is devasting for me I feel completely punkedBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:I read what they had to say. Which is not all true. A piece of my taillight cover was returned to me a long time later after having to prove I had one when entering the carwash also they never offered me a gift card in the amount of repair. Actually the attendant only said to me I could take that piece he found or he could throw it away it didnt matter he also said to me that there would be many more broken taillight covers and that they would not pay for them. I left there upset feeling hopeless. Last but not least they have a sign as your already in suit for the carwash that they will not be responsible for broken Telantennas.
