i received a notice in the mail on Saturday September 9 th 2023 it is a collection for services i NEVER HAD. i never received a bill of any kind. i have not had any surgeries or been in hospital in almost 5 years. So now I'm getting a collection notice for services i never had, and i have never received a bill. i want Better Business Bureau to step in and resolve this issue.

Consumer called in on 9/11/23 regarding notice she received on 9/1/23 gave us the information that the account had been cleared prior to be turned to us from our client ************* Anesthesia. CSI contacted the client and account was turned to ** in error so we have cancelled account out of are system. CSI is in the process of sending out a letter to consumer showing the account was cancelled back to ************* Anesthesia and not reported to consumers credit report..

Not sure of the date it was put on my credit report but I can send the lease agreement I'm being charged ***** dollars And the charger doesn't make sense Credit Services is the collection agency but the Apartments is Landings Apt They charged me ****** dollars for moving out This charge suppose to be for breaking the lease but I didn't see this charge upon signing the lease Every charge on this paper is absolutely made up ****** for blinds and toilet seat no picture of these damages ****** for cleaning carpet no pictures no proof of this I have ask for pictures and proof of damages no respond All these charges have added up too the amount above Please check into this matter I have my lease agreement that proofs this needs to be remove off my credit report thank you *******
