Dear BBB,
I am general counsel for **** Ferrell & Associates, L.L.C., (hereinafter ']FA'J, and as
such, I hereby respond to the consumer complaint, set forth above, on behalf of ']FA," as
follows:
The Consumer states in his desired outcome: "Correction to my credit report,
demand this account be removed from my credit report."
In revi,~w of my client's records, it appears that his account has been paid in full. ']FA,"
is reporting a zero balance, apparently Consumer wants a delete. The consumer is reminded
. this account went to collection because he failed to pay the bill. The ********** and the F.C.R.A.,
require accurate reporting, not a delete at the whim of a Consumer.
My investigation has determined that '1FA II has not violated any law, state or federal;
therefore, "JFA" will note the account as being disputed and will close this complaint without

I am not liable for this debt with communication federal credit. I do not have a contract with **** Ferrell & Associate. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.Business response

consumer has filed multiple disputes with the *************************
I am general counsel for **** Ferrell & Associates, L.L.C., (hereinafter '1FA'J, and as such, I hereby respond to the consumer complaint, set forth above, on behalf of ']FA," as follows:
The Consumer states "[he] [is] not liable for a debt to communication federal credit. I do not have a contract with **** Ferrell & Associates. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested." ']FA's" records indicate there has been no direct communication with Consumer.
'JFA's" is a third-party collector employed in this instance by Communication ******************** (hereinafter "CFCU'], to collect a debt owed to "CFCU." In review of the record of 'JFA" the consumer has not spoken to 'JFA," therefore his veracity is clearly questionable. Further, this consumer has filed multiple disputes with the ************************* (hereinafter "CRA's") In all of those disputes ''lFA"verified the information is correct and the debt is being reported accurately.
My investigation has determined that 'JFA"has not violated any law, state or federal; therefore, '1FA" will note the account as being disputed and will close this complaint without further action.
