Hired TruPro Home Improvements to enclose patio at back of house. Owner ************************* ensured us it would be a 7 -10 day job. Contract date was July 2020. Framing was completed and then the wheels came off. There has been numerous delays and excuses since then. Last time we saw anyone from this company. It was to remove sheet rock on ceiling to remove some of the black mold that resulted from not properly installing roofing. Also, every time it rains, water leaks in under the walls. Have been promised many times that job would be completed. Now over a year and a half into this project, there are are more problems than solutions. Other Issues include concrete foundation cracking and not level, doors not closing correctly and missing locks, sheet rock cut out to remove black mold left open exposing black mold on framing lumber, painting not done at all. ****************** will not speak with us.Initial Complaint

We hired TruePro to install windows and to replace some siding. ***** says he made a mistake ordering the windows? Maybe that is true?There has been some work - namely he tore off some of the siding - but there are holes in my house and door frames have been removed so when it rains water is definitely getting into the walls of my home.He won't return my phone calls - he has my cell number blocked.We gave him an $8000 deposit in March - now in October he says he cannot get the windows? I guess window production has come to complete stop in this country?I will try and hire an attorney maybe?i have no idea what to do
