***************************** and *************************** has purchased two vehicles from your Dealership Integrity Auto Finance (Dealers Finance). The 2012 F-150 was deemed a total loss March 2022. When purchasing these vehicles from your dealership the sales person ****** explained the *** Insurance as if it would cover any remaining balance in the case of a total loss. Dealers Finance has accepted the offer from our insurance and now has informed me that there will be a balance owed even after the *** payout. We were charged about ****** for this 2012 F-150. Im concerned that my ELDERLY mother and myself are being taken advantage of financially by Dealers Finance collecting thousands in insurance claims and continuing to hold my ELDERLY mother and I responsible for thousands more. I estimate Dealers Finance will collect around ****** in claims and not counting the near $900 payment made for about a year. Im simply asking for Dealers Finance to settle this account paid in full with the funds insurance and *** will pay.Your sales persons at Integrity are giving false impression of the *** INSURANCE. The price of the truck was already way over value when sold. This has prevented us from purchasing another vehicle, jeopardizing my employment and causing extreme suffering. This type of business is not integral at all as you claim your dealership upholds. Please contact us so that we can work this situation out fairly.Business response

We have already reached out to the customer today. His issues are being processed by another company and there is nothing we can do at this time.
