      Salespeople only acknowledge you if you are buying something. Other then that they are rude. They don't LISTEN to measurements or design, just keep walking you around the store, showing you items you are not interested in. We bought a Reclining loveseat with warranty, of course it didn't last long. Made the call to exchange it (which was not easy). Finally got a sales person that helped me find something online. Said he could special order and that I would love it. Did not say that we could not send it back if we didn't like it. It's awful!!! Suppose to be for tall people and our feet hang off the end. Not the color it showed online. Not Comfortable at all and foot feet is really hard to put down. Will not purchase anything from them for the rest of my life! And will make sure not to recommend them!

      I wish zero stars was an option. My mother and I went in and each purchased adjustable beds. I also purchased furniture for the patio, dining room, and kitchen area. We spent almost $20,000 between the both of us. When purchasing our beds we were told if we had any issues they could be returned for another bed. I think it's called comfort fit. I purchased the split king adjustable. I was told several times beds were guaranteed comfort as I have never had a split bed before. They never once said if it didn't work the warranty would only exchange the bed for the EXACT same size and bed (but would give you a softer or more firm version). I was made to believe that if the split didn't work I could exchange it for something else. Fast forward two days after getting the bed, I found out my almost $10,000 bed is killing my back due to rolling to the middle split. I called and got to speak with a very rude "head of the return department" who informed me I should have read all the fine print before I signed the paperwork. Yes, I should have. Stupid mistake on my part. I honestly thought the salesman told me everything since I worked with him for almost three hours and asked very specific questions. Oh, and they say it won't cost ANYTHING to fix a problem. Look at the fine print. It will cost you almost $200 each time they come out to fix something. I asked this very question and was told Mathis Brothers didn't charge to come out and fix a warranty problem. I asked this several times just to be sure. They lied!!! Don't waste your money on one of their beds. My son got a bed in a box from Amazon for around $200. His bed is a hundred times more comfortable that the one that cost me a fortune. I called the sales department to see if the man who helped us could help resolve this problem and they wouldn't take my call (too busy selling) and never tried to contact me back. This place will lie just to get a sale. Go somewhere else.

      Kema - We apologize for any misunderstanding of our 365 Comfort program. As with most mattress programs, we do ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 days. It takes time for our bodies to adjust to new mattresses. Many customers feel it during the first week or so, but as time goes on, our bodies adjust to the mattress. There was also a misunderstanding regarding warranty work. We do not charge to have a technician come out to fix something. I'm not sure where you saw or heard that it was $200, but that is not correct. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding. We try to give all details to customers and to be as clear as possible.       I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Mathis Brothers regarding a sectional sofa purchase. We were assured the sofa was new, but upon delivery, it turned out to be used and stained. The delivery process was chaotic with inconsistent scheduling and delays. Despite multiple promises, the replacement scheduled for July 1st was abruptly canceled due to a minor issue, leaving us with the unwanted sofa.I urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with *********************************************, as their service and product quality fell far below expectations. Prompt resolution and compensation for the inconvenience are still pending.

      Took two months to get our buggy (yes, wood beetles) furniture replaced. They kept passing the buck until we went through an attorney for assistance.

      We worked with the ********** to get their console replaced. We never worked through an attorney, we worked with their granddaughter who let us know she appreciated us working with them for a resolution. We hate to hear ******************** wasn't fully satisfied.

      Not happy I bought to recliners on 06/09/24 at the ************ store.The salesman ******* was excellent and did an awesome job. ***** on the other hand was not.She asked me if I wanted the 5 year warranty, I told her no and explained to her that I only was going to keep the chairs for a couple of years and the get a whole new living room set. She then asked me 3 more times about the warranty. I have never been a fan of pushy sales people.After buying the chairs delivery was set for 06/11/34. I never received a call to confirm the delivery. I then called the distribution center. I had a very nice lady who said the delivery had not been set up by the shippers. Now it will be 06/14/24 to get my chairs. Im not happy considering I paid for premium shipping.

      We apologize for any confusion. It looks like the original delivery date was June 16, but we moved it to June 14 so **************** would get them quicker. Hopefully they are now enjoying their chairs and will for many years to come!

      Very disappointed!Purchased a bed with LED light headboard. When we got boxes home noticed one box edge was crushed and retaped.Drove box back to store, was told by a very harsh and rude receptionist I would have to prove damage at which time store would order parts to fix at my home only if needed.I simply wanted an in tact box switched for the damaged one as the LED light may present an issue.Very disappointing!

      We are sorry that **************** was disappointed with her purchase. She asked for an exchange almost 3 weeks after she purchased, but she hadn't inspected or installed the bed. We let her know if there were issues, we would take care of them, but there was no damage that we could see at the time she brought it to our warehouse.

      Zero Stars. I purchased a complete bedroom set with mattress and adjustable base. I was told everything was in stock, received a phone call the next day and was informed that the adjustable base was not going to be in for another week. Fast forward, adjustable base came in the delivery was made but they failed to do their part by putting it together. This is a service I paid for. I was not at home, my adult son was. He was aware that they were going to be putting it together. After my son signed, the delivery driver said he would be right back, instead he jumped in the Maths Brother truck and drove off. I have called countless times just to get transferred to who knows. They constantly refer me to a ****** in delivery, who never answers or calls back.

      I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from Mathis Brothers the quality it's not good the bad I paid for I didn't get I was told that in order for me to return the bed I have to sew back on the label which is stupid this bed is a California king is heavy and they're telling me that even though I have all my documents that the bed is a California king and it's not I went out and bought king size she's in ********** King both sets of sheets don't even fit the bed the bed is too small for the sheets so when I talk to the corporate office I asked them to have someone come out and measure it they did and they're still telling me that it's a California king when I measured it it didn't measure to a California king so I'm very disappointed I did want to spend more money there but I wouldn't recommend no one spending a dime there

      We hate to hear that ****************** is having issues with her mattress. In order to return a mattress, it must have the law tag attached. This is an industry standard, not just Mathis. If ****************** could send us photos with a tape measure showing the size of the mattress, we can confirm if it is a California King or not.       We spent over 5,000.00 on furniture. Our leather power loveseat makes a loud squeaking noise on one side when using. They said that the warranty does not cover “noise “. This is obviously a defect. But no help from warranty department. We also paid extra for more warranty. Original warranty is for 5 years. We have only had furniture for 8 months.

      I advise anyone with any issues to keep documentation and file in small claims court against this horrible garbage company. They literally have the worst, and by far I mean non existent customer service. I purchased a mattress and adjustable bases received the wrong mattress and defective bases. Contacted this crappy company the same day and several times to the point I filed a dispute with my credit card company. After winning the dispute, I paid to have their garbage products disposed. Only to get a call from ********************* two months later threatening to take me to small claims court. I was really happy when I got served because I have all the documentation and receipts to counter **** Court day comes and no one shows up from this crappy establishment. Rather than fixing their mistake this company would rather keep poking the bear. I will hold them responsible for any expenses that their wack service and products have caused me. I advise anyone with any issues to hold them accountable.

      We hate to hear that ****************** is not satisfied with her bed/base. However, it wasn't the wrong mattress and the bases were not defective. ****************** refused to allow us to send a technician to her home to correct any issues. Instead, she did file a dispute and was refunded by her credit card company. However, she has not returned the items to us.
