      The store at nw 150th and may intentionally tampers my orders. I'm allergic to mayo every time I request no mayo or sauce they soak the sandwich in it and I get sick when I take a bite. I guess should film it and hire an attorney since you all think its a joke.

      ************** a shift leader tried accusing me of stealing a gallon of milk when the milk was purchased at ******* and I had the receipt. When I asked her name and for the corporate office to report her she gave me the wrong number and a different shift leaders name. I reached out to the office of the president and customer service but was unable to receive any assistance in filing my complaint.

      spent money here just for the food to be made wrong, the area manager contacted me and told me i could come through and get a new one. when i did i got called a **** a** and had the cops called on me. because the manager was uninformed

      9/6/2023 While taking my order, order#****** the cashier was unfriendly and acting incompetent. I asked him if I could pay more for ******, and he rudely refused. He groaned, appearing reluctance to take my order or handle my money. When I requested for a manager, the young woman standing next to him said that she was in charge. I mentioned to her, about him acting rudely and frowning his face. She apologized with a smirk, as my son and I left out they both started to laugh. I felt the cashier was racial basis.

      I received the wrong order from the drive thru and when I called to ask for a refund the Area Manager, ****** (would not provide his last name) was extremely beligerent and first said I had to return the food (we are in an ice storm) and when I declined to do that and asked for a refund, he just BOLD FACE LIED and said ******* credit card machine has NO WAY of ISSUING a REFUND. I have contacted ******* corporate office and their customer service gives a message that they are too busy to answer and you can leave a message but does not say how long it will take to return your call.

      This communication is to respond to the complaint made by ************************* in reference to obtaining a refund on her credit card from the transaction in which she said the order was wrong and cold.  Three levels of management have attempted to reason with her and explain that we would like to refund her order however she will not return to the store to process a refund with the card she used to pay for the food. Our system and credit card processor does not store credit card numbers to keep out transactions secure with our credit card provider so there  is no way to accommodate her request.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      It is full of blatant lies. I NEVER treatened anyone in any fashion.

      I simply told ****** that ******* is full of liars and I would make a whole lot of trouble for them. I received three different stories from three different people and no longer was willing to listen to their stories.

      They stated to you that they had mailed a gift card, however, that is not true. I received an email from ******* today asking for an address to mail it to and I replied not to bother, I would never return to their establishment.

      i walked into braums on nw 41 penn oklalhoma city ok i used the restroom and walked out and my right leg slide fowared i slowley got up limping and turned on my recorder on my phone i then asked for the manager but she refused to talk to me holding her hand up saying leave . i said im going out side to call 911 to make an report . 911 said call headqaurters i did and went there they told me to leave and did not want to see mi video recording . i went back the next day to show the managers whbo i do know there they said they wouyldnt treat me taht way but i went to hospital after i fell got pain shot non narcadic cause i dont do drugs i sprung my back and shoulder . they said the manager that was mean to me filed a police report saying i said im going to hop over the caunter to get her wowthats not true i have video . i cant jump i got shot in my back and belly shot off so she did lie video is true facts.

      I have visited the Braum’s at **** * **** ** on multiple occasions and the experience, service, and staff have almost always been unpleasant. However, today was the worst. I understand everyone is stressed and understaffed. However, that is no reason to be blatantly rude, condescending, and insulting to customers. Around 6:15PM on 8/8, I waited patiently at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes while a line out to the street formed. The woman behind the speaker said “ma’am we said we would be with you IN A MINUTE” when I inquired. At the window, she repeated my order back and it was missing items. When I pointed this out, she rolled her eyes and said nothing. Then she handed me my other order items - and it was wrong. I ordered a large shake and she told me “a medium would just have to do”. She refused to look at me or speak to me. Took my card and threw it back at me. This location is ALWAYS a problem with poor service and long wait times. It has been consistently disappointing.
