Documentation will be dropped off at OKC office today. Tried calling but the phone lines hang up.
How does one submit audio files, may those be emailed? Audio file establishes the original customer request.

I am rejecting this response because:I said I wanted a resolution and refund, no audio tape will say I want anything done half asked, I asked for all of this to be done, I didn’t say I would do the texturing or the baseboard painting. I didn’t say just one door needed to be fixed, you have an issue giving your techs information and making accurate invoices and the mp3s can’t be manipulated into making a court believe that I asked you to leave my house in that condition or put a base board up before it’s painted or that I would have to buy own materials. If you continue to not admit what you did and refund I will sue you. You will lose and it will be for 5x more than the 400 I paid. I told you to call and make this right. My lawyer is waiting for a call back, you better cal them. You blocked him like you did me just because I asked for a refund. This is your last chance at a response that resolves this and leads to a refund. If you don’t you will have negative reviews everywhere and be sued. I’m a systems administrator for the US government, I’m not a poor guy like you assumed when you tried to lie about the reasons for not doing the entire job 4 times or buying the materials your self. I will gladly start suing you. You have 48 hours to agree to a refund.
