If I could click zero I would. This company is a big fat zero! They pay zero! All they do is feed you lies. You get pre-approved and the hospital and doctor gets the approval for The coverage then they make up some bull c*** stories more than one excuse as to why you arent covered and why they wont pay a dime. My husband had a surgery that was pre approved snd they lied and we ended paying 100 percent the cost. When we called they lied and we asked for a supervisor to call us and they said they would call us back if they felt it was warranted. Are you kidding me? They wont even talk to you. Just ,nope you arent covered. Pathetic. DO NIT GET THIS INSURANCE. They shouldnt be in business and should be sewed.Review from Beverly K

Lifeshield is a complete scam! They will take your money and pay for nothing. They will just keep lying to you to keep you paying your premiums, but do nothing as far as medical bills. They are a complete joke! They are great at scamming you!Review from Samantha M

This company is absolutely amazing I would recommend there LIFE INSURANCE to anyone! They have the cheapest rates around and there smoker rate is cheaper than most companies non smoker rates. Easy application and couldnt ask for better people to answer the phone when you call customer service.Review from Trish F

Lifeshield is a complete joke. I had them as insurance for a while until I turned 65 and could go on Medicare. My policy was to cover all well check ups such as yearly bloodwork and physicals, I paid all my premiums on time and paid my co pays with my visits. Lifeshield always rejected claims saying there were pre existing issues which is not true. They always drag the claims out so you give up or file a appeal. (I have done this many times). I am now getting bills from my medial facility for claims way back to 2019 due to the fact that Lifeshield rejected my visits. 3 years! So now the clinic wants their money. I'm sure I will have to pay out of pocket. I feel this "insurance company" is a SCAM. They took my money with no problem but refuse to pay. Lifeshield is dishonest and fake. I would like a refund of my premiums to help cover my expenses that they were suppose to handle. I now understand why a lot of medical practices refuse to take this insurance. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR SHORT TERM INSURANCE. THEY ARE A SCAM.

This bootleg Insurance company named Lifeshield is such a fake company it makes me sick that they can claim they are a legit business! They refuse to pay for the **** basic preventitive services. One og their bootleg offices based in Wiconsin cannot do the most basic paperwork. I sent them three faxes, did I write 3? Yes, three (3) times sent them faxes with the names and addresses and telephone numbers of my health care providers, they claimed they did not receive them when my fax, said exactly the number that they listed as their fax number. They are nothing short of a SCAM healthcare, fake insurance company. May *** have mercy on your soul if you decide to go with this fake "health Insurance provider" organization. 11/21 ****
