I purchased a body scan for my wife and me October 5th 2023. They called and said they were overbooked, and wanted to move to a time that I could not make. since I live almost two hours away, I asked that the $199 be refunded. *** called two times since and was told by ***** that he would get refund taken care of and call me back. it has not been taken care of/refunded and I have not heard back as of 10/18/2023Business response

We didn’t mind the 1 1/2 hour sales pitch and was very happy with our first scans. We signed up for 2 packages for body scans. We have 4 left. Our first scans were a little over a year ago. We have 4 left. When I called to schedule our 2nd scans, the receptionist said it would be an additional $240 each for the radiologist to read the results. We didn’t have to pay that the first time and was never told we would have to pay extra on future ones. We’ve been making thousands of dollars in monthly payments toward a “Package” and now have to pay for additional drip pricing of $240 each on top of it. We were never told this. I spoke with the manager and he said he did not get a chance to speak to you before you hung up. We were able to pull up your contract (attached) and it states that when you come back for your 4 other scans it will be a charge of $220 for radiology fees. I apologize that they gave you the wrong price, but as you see attached that price is included. I am rejecting this response because: too vague. Nothing pulls up with this download. We will accept if the terms are after 4 scans and $220, there will not be any additional charges, fees, extensions or requirements. Please advise.

I apologize if the contract did not pull up. I have reattached it for your reference. You are correct in your response. For the 4 remaining scans you have there will be a charge of $220 each and after that there will be no additional charges unless you purchase another package. I hope this resolves your issue. We have have reached out to the customer and have issued a refund. We were originally unable to issue a refund as the card on file had been compromised. Since then we have refunded a different card. This should resolve her compaint.Initial Complaint

In 2018 after sitting through extensive high pressure sales husband and I purchased 24 body scans and two virtual colonoscopy scans for $14,000. Plus . We had one body scan that day each and got no report for me and vague report for husband. We then n3ver heard another word ever from company. In November of 2022 we suffered a few family emergencies and losses . I went to speak with them about returning unused portion of my contract . After reviewing the contract I was told that a manager could authorize some, we could not get back for the two scans we had at a value of almost ****. Each. But could be refunded the rest. After completely avoiding my calls and never speaking in person , ****, the manager told her subordinate to offer me ****. They want me to cover the sales commissions and management expenses for my contract which is not in contract for me to cover. It would be different if I had received any customer service or contact from this company in five years, but nothing! They scammed us out of $14000. And we never heard from them again. I want them to honor their word. They are sharks. At $**** a scan they would save a ton of money by refunding my money and not doing the scansBusiness response

************************* purchased one of our packages 4 years ago and on the contract for the package it states that you have 30 days to cancel the contract. She initialed next to statement saying she understood and agreed to those terms. 4 years later she has called and asked to cancel the contract. She spoke to one of the managers, *********************, who generously offered to refund her $2,800 even though she was outside of the terms, however she declined the offer and said she wanted $4,000. We attempted to find a middle ground with ******, but she has refused. She had been sent her results and if she did not receive them we have not heard from her. We also offer free doctor's consultations to review your results and help understand them, which she did not take advantage of. The scans she purchased do not expire and she can gift them to others if she no longer wants to use them. I can send a copy of the contract she signed if needed.Initial Complaint

These people should have a class action lawsuit against them. They stop me and my wife while walking in the state fair of *****. They had a promotion that you pay for upfront. Once you get there, it is a high pressure sale, that you are supposed to be able to cancel. Well we tried that 3 times and then I sent an email to the main email only get told that we spend $5000??? What?? how convenient ?? the $5000 down payment towards a $12,000 plan turns out to be exactly what we spent? So they collected about $100 from us at the State Fair that was to cover this test? but when we elect to sign up for the test for 10 years, they turn around and #1 tell us that it is 100% cancellable! But when you cancel they want to keep the down payment. I have found 10 others that they have done this to! I need 2 more for the class action lawsuit. I have an attorney lined up (not hired yet). They rush you into the room to scan your body and then turn around and say that you spend the money that you put down? This is a scam and I am not going to be scammed. I am calling the Attorney General of ***** and Oklahoma next. Refund the $5000Business response

This person did purchase a promotional packaged at the State Fair which included a consultation reviewing our other services. Our other services are optional and ******* opted to purchase one of our packages. He and his spouse received 2 Body Scans which is a total of $6,390, however he only paid $5,000 at the time saying he would come back with a check the next day. He did not come back with a check and, instead, decided to cancel his contract. We do allow cancellations for the contract within a certain amount of time, however, we had already performed the services. As of now he still owes the remaining $1,390, but we are willing to let this go to make him happy.Initial Complaint

We purchased a special rate for heart/lung scan at the state fair. I asked at the state fair if they would try & get me to spend more once I arrived for the ****************** assured me they would not. We arrived on 10-15-2021 during my husbands lunch hour and they said would only take a few minutes for the scan. They kept us in an office for over 2 hours and my husband had to reschedule a meeting. They pressured us to take the entire large package instead of a lesser one we chose. The salesman VERBALLY told us we could cancel within 30 days and AFTER that the cancel fee would go up. Being rushed for the salesman to make it to next appointment he rushed us to initial the papers. Once home realizing the tiny tiny font said the fee to cancel was $5400 even in first thirty days. My husband lost his job the following week so we tried to cancel. It took 6 phone calls to get anyone to talk with us. Finally they said they would not refund the original fee we paid at the fair & also took over half our package money as a payment for this one scan. (We had paid for the 12 year ************** tried to tell us the retail value of the few body parts scanned besides the already paid for ************* was $5496.. Fact, they did not report full body scan as they said they would. We received a partial report in the mail. We felt like we were sitting in a time share meeting. They verbally lied to us. They would not return our calls. They charged us for the heart/lung state fair fee we originally paid and then also charged us $5496 for heart and lung scan in addition to a few more body organs (of which were not fully reported). We wanted them to work with us to come to a conclusion that was good for us all, considering they verbally lied to us. They would not. Was a shame they would not even take our calls. Bad way to do business. They take advantage of people & try to sneak in the tiny font. Plus we double paid for heart/lung portion.Business response
