My father died on May 20, 2024. At the time of his death, he resided at ********* retirement community. Our family has left several messages for the management team, ******** is the property manager, to contact us to arrange removal of his belongings. However, we have received no reply. I tried reaching the corporate office of RW (*** Walters) Properties, but again was only meet with another voice mail system. During this difficult time, the added stress and uncompassionate treatment exhibited by RW Properties, I believe is very telling of their character and is unacceptable. I am asking for someone in management to reach out to us immediately so we can arrange to remove belongings from the property.Business response

***** Walters- Manager for *** Walters Homes LLC. *** Walters Homes does not own Oak *************************** 2 Cor 318 LLC is the company that owns ******************** It is my understanding the deceased ******************** also had a wife that was included on the rental agreement. We directed *************************** to direct his questions to ************************ wife. We had no legal authority to let *************************** enter into the property without ************************ wife's approval. ******************** removed her personal property from the cottage and *************************** was allowed to enter the property and retrieve his fathers belongings. He was given three days to retrieve the belongings. Also, there was a lease that had not expired for Mr. and *********************. The lease expired 8/31/2024. No charges after June 30, 2024 was charged to Mr. **************** estate. As of July 9th, 2024 I do not see any belongings left for *************************** to pick up. I believe *************************** retrieved all items that was left for him to retrieve.
The notification dated June 27, 2024 is the first notification I have received. I did not receive the first notification you stated that was sent 6/21/2024
