Call ********** Triton ****** Disabled and harassed by hotel. Causing me 3 panic attacks and manic behavior. Also effected my adrenal glands and the *** 21 hydrox I've lived with since birth. After the 2nd panic attack I called the corporate line for Days Inn Wyndham and was told to not worry they would work it out. Then I receive emails from the staff of the hotel and from the owner, that I will I include with this ****** harassment saying I couldn't stay the 2nd day of my booking and would only get refund upon exiting the room and no damage. Well upon checking out I was informed the room was "damaged beyond repair" and would not be receiving my refun for my room. She also told me I am now on the "do not rent" list and can't stay at the super 8 next door.I informed them of my bipolar 2 and acute anxiety everytime I communicated with the staff. FIN-upon further inspection through the window there was no damage and I filmed each encounter either with my cell phone or my wyze security camera for motel protection. Now they are keeping all my money for another hotel. Cannot get the owner to respond to my calls and email. when I went to the room the last time the maintenance supervisor was doing a walk through and refused to share results. Even going so far to as to shut the door and windows so i couldn't see the issue. I filmed all of this please respondBusiness response

Greetings from the Days Inn
This is reguarding the complaint of Triton ArnoldThis guest is stating that we were discriminating against a disabled person which happened to be him..I assure you this was not the case Days Inn is not an extended stay hotel and after being in his room for several days he was informed he would need to accept room service as covid is real and due to keeping infestation down to a minimum we try to service rooms atleast every 2 to 3 days for a multiple day stay. Our housekeepers attempted to knock on his door and was met with obscene language which he then went to our front desk and released on our front desk manager with the same anger. He then continued to say he had mental issues and he has done this several times and would get his money and then some because he is mental. Days inn called our head office and explained the issues and due to the treatment of staff asked him to leave our property with the exception to a refund as it would only be refunded if the room was left in satisfactory condition. Attached is pictures of the condition the room was left. We had to shampoo carpet as there were cigerettes and ashes all over floor as it looks to have been used as a giant ashtray. also dirt or mud all on sink ,So he then was told no refund which he then proceeded to say he has done this multiple times and would get his money back. He then proceeded to ****** at the guest and are staff so we had to call the police and the police had to tell him to leave property then or be arrested. Days Inn does understand there are people with diabilities but also understands that every one deserves fair treatment even our staff. We do think we made the proper decision and followed the proper chain of command before we had to last resort the situation and call the police. We also will be sending letter to BBB reguarding this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:The dispute can not be resolved due to the refund for the cancelation not being returned. Days Inn kept the payment for the entire stay and said they had to close the room to fix carpets. But based on the photos provided by days inn and myself you still have no evidence of damages. I have video of the entire affair including interactions with all staff members involved. This is not about being dissatisfied with the accommodations. The reason for the complaint is I previously disclosed my disability on camera multiple times and even included a description of the disabilities, medications i was taking, and a contact number for my primary care physician, my psychiatrist, therapist, and my endocrinologist to verify the disability. Not only was i refused service, I was threatened, I was harassed, I was lied to and I was insulted and threatened. I again disclosed this disability with great description on camera to verify they were aware of my disability. Please reach out to me at ************I'm not trying to cause issues.
