We had a reservation for 8 days. Day 1 went pretty ok I guess..the room was filthy burn holes allllll over the blanket and I had to wash the walls but doable I suppose, day 2 I woke up with a bite I got worried instantly because of bed bugs being such a common cheap motel thing but blew it off as fleas since dogs are allowed and moved on we ordered door dash and from the time i got the picture notification telling me it was there and going to the door someone stole it, day 3 more bites more fear and I realized it was so dark because we had one bedside lamp to light the entire room because there weren't light bulbs day 3 at 2 am I woke up being bit turned the light on and boom giant bed bug went to the office to switch rooms and they acted like I was bothering them and didn't want to switch the room after I successfully got a new room on the other side of the building I got my things and went to it.....here's where more problems arise. I checked the pillows I brought and they had bed bugs so 2 $20 pillows out the window. I turned the lights on and the one on the ceiling was red which I found weird. The door doesn't shut unless you slam it the floor is tore up all over the place, the walls and ceiling have things all over them like every where there is a ***** so I kill it and continue looking around. In the bathroom on the floor is a broken meth pipe I think and hair in the toilet. The bed sheets are holey the tv sound doesnt work. The bed frame is separating from the wall. The picture behind the bed has screws sticking a good inch out. I have to stay here so 5 more days here I come. I also included 2 screenshots showing they haven't fixed any of these problems and they have been going on the past few yrs at least.Business response

As soon as first get complaints about bug issues we changed her room then next day
We called to apologize for inconvenience and my Frontdesk also contacted is any problem another room or switch again. And guest decided to keep this room ok and we offered if dont want to stay this motel then remain days get money back. But guest decided to staying and again today I am going to talk personally make sure we take care it ok. So we are doing our best to get guest good service.

May 8th 2022 we walked into the room walked in walked out told the front desk told us I bet they were. And that they would verify that we did not stay so we could get back refund. Now when myself or expedia calls the manager refuses to get on the phone. They say he works overnights i called then they say he is on vacation. They have pictures online that grossly misrepresent the rooms they offer.Business response

I apologized to delay reply. I was resolved this issue when we got complaints guest refund. And we full refunded 5/16/2022. And also we advised guest his reservation prepaid so claim to Expedia booking agency. So look like there is communication error so please removed this complaint as its already resolved. Sorry for late reply I was on vacation and just seen today email and I reply you to let you know its refunded money to guest. Please reply any further action required

Checked in to this motel at approximately ****am on February 5th 2022 and checked out approximately 450am. Barely there 4 hours. Drug deals going on. Women ************* switching from one room to the next. Unsafe environment. All we wanted was a safe place to rest before we continued our drive home. Instead we got a nasty old out dated dirty tore up room. With the adjoining room having 2 people yelling ******* and ******** and having *** about every 30 minutes. Finally decided to just leave since we couldn't get consistent sleep. Front desk worker and owner refused to refund me. I just want my money back for my short unpleasant unsafe stay. Our safety and our children's safety was not important to this business. Nor did I want to switch rooms in the middle of the morning with my children after an already late night and being stuck in the car all day!! This place is the worst motel in the world guaranteed!Business response

Guest did not complain until early check out but as soon as she complained still to our Frontdesk staff we offered to change room and we said we did not get any complaints before loudly next door so either we can go see that room to get quiet next door or we right we change other side buildings available rooms but she just argued our front desk and yelled them to get my money back They suppose to give chance to change room its little inconvenience happen in economic class motel so we try our best to keep her business we apologized for inconvenience and already offered him **** from Wyndham points and 25% refund value $15 from total paid amount $60 we do best after spend nights and then get complaints
