      Hello, My wife, ***********************************, passed away Feb 6,2021. Her insurance company, IAC, continued to take her premium out of my account well into October 2021. While they finally stopped taking the money out of my account, I am still waiting for reimbursement. I contacted IAC by phone and fax, several times, and have yet to hear anything back from them. They currently owe me $1,470.88.I am 85 years old and a disabled veteran. I am also mad and disappointed they have taken advantage of me in this way.

      Apologies, but the person responding to the Complaint does not have access to the data necessary and will have to obtain said data, which has already been requested, in order to respond to your complaint.  In addition, we are in receipt of the complaint you filed with the ********* ******************** as well.  We will respond to both complaints within the timeframe alotted.  Please note the ** DOI complaint has a due date of 3/14/2022

      I was preparing a formal response, however, in an effort to provide you information more quickly, I was advised today that your refund check number ****** was mailed 2/25/2022.
