On June 2, 2023 my car was struck by an SUV that was driven by someone driving a company vehicle with fleet insurance through Rich & Cartmill, ************ NAIC #***** and policy number *************** I was found not at fault due to having dash cam footage of the accident. My car was fixed, then I called the company to file a diminished value claim and told that ***** L from the *** group handled that policy. I told her that I wanted to file a diminished value claim, she said she would need to look into it and call back. She never called back, I have been calling back several times since then with my call unanswered. I have left voicemails that never get returned. I want to file a diminished value claim but keep getting ignored.Business response

My understanding of this claim is different than what has been expressed with this complaint.
I am under the impression that the police did not cite either party - and both parties agreed to turn in the physical damage of their vehicles to their own carriers. I also am under the impression that both vehicles have been fixed.
We will turn in a liability claim today, and have the liability carrier take it from here

I am rejecting this response because: I only have 5 days to respond and haven't heard from the business in a few days after someone new responded. I still don't understand why my messages were ignored before I contacted the BBB either.

I just got off the phone with Coral.
She confirmed she is contact with our customer's insurance carrier - both via phone and email.
I fully explained all the parties (her insurance carrier, our insurance agency, our customer's insurance carrier) - and she is fully up to date on the process.
Our customer's insurance carrier is looking into this claim to see if any claim is warranted.
Coral and I had a positive phone conversation, and she will be working with the insurance carriers directly moving forwardCustomer response
