On July 19th, I was billed for lawn service by Home Grown Garden and Lawncare. When I got home, I couldn't see a difference but the lawn was still short from the drought and the back yard is yellow . I told them there was nothing to mow and concerned they would kill my lawn mowing, After sending pictures and going back and forwth, I was informed they didnt even mow my back yard. I had already paid the invoice.Business response

Client fraudulently submitted this. Over a 20 minute conversation she paid us, and I refunded her. Our OA states that clients are responsible for giving us access on their service date and are charged for full service if we can't access based on animals or their waste, trash, obstructions, or locked gates. This client received AND opened her appt reminder and never requested to skip or pause. She accused us of killing her backyard and then when I informed her we haven't been in the backyard because she left her dogs out, she changed to we billed her for service we didn't do. I have attached GPS time stamps and proof as well as her opened appt reminder. She is a fraud, and received a refund before ever posting this review, when I asked her why she would fraudulently do that she told me to "take it up with them" I have tons of other proof if needed. Please remove this complaint. This ***** got her money back and free lawn service.Business response
