  These people via **************************** tried to Garnish my check from my weekend job on some medical bills that went to collections, several of which are well over 7 years old, earlier this academic year and I filled out the request for hearing paperwork as I was the sole Provider for my family. I went to court and tried to set up a payment arrangement with the Attorney and he said it sounded reasonable but it required approval so he asked me to provide all my financial verification information including my M-F job, I submitted the paperwork as requested. No body called me back, nobody sent me notification of a second hearing, fast forward to last Tuesday (Apr. 30) I get an email from my payroll department telling me that RHF PFC is serving me a garnishment notice for 25% of my earned monthly salary which is the equivalent of approx. $750 dollars. I have attempted to reach them via phone, Fax, email and post a total of 7 times since the 30th to try and prevent this from putting my family in hardship. I did not want to request a hearing as I noticed they tacked court fees onto the existing debt, but I went ahead and filled it out and sent it in anyway due to the fact that I have received no response or acknowledgement. I have been keeping copies of my attempts at correspondence as well as an attempted contact log. I have an 11 year old son with special needs and my spouse has barely reintegrated into the workforce pending some certification tests. I have until May 24th before they have to push the garnishment through and my family will be in trouble. I feel like these people are trying to rob me and push my family out of house and home with this outrageous demand. How can this be legal? And can someone please help!

  You cant ever reach anyone there after waiting for 20 mins and someone finally answers they transfer you to someones voicemail that doesnt call you back or email you back. They have garnished my husbands check twice and want to make a settlement offer with me for more than the original debt. They obviously cant math. You are expected to be on their time because they are so busy. And theyre the only ones that have jobs apparently and no one else is too busy to spend all day trying to reach them.

  Called on February 16th went thru inro then placed on hold for over ****************************************************************** April ********************************* Tulsa County which there was no way I could attend hearing. At the time I had just a little over a year of payments remain. At auction it was sold but was never informed the amount it sold for, if that's accurate. And remaining balance if that was accurate as well. I'll never truly know. I started paying by weekly payments I January of 2020 and still doing those payments to day over 4 years when I only had 1 year left remaining. I don't get updated information/ paperwork on balance, payments history, and how payments are being applied. I'm truly disappointed on how this system takes advantage on those trying to do the right thing. And we all make mistakes, it's those that capitalize on those mistakes. My opionon never go thru a pay here buy here establishment cauz the truth is they closed down/ shut down months after taking me to court .

  This company doesnt even deserve a one star! You can never get a response from anyone on phone calls or emails. Constantly told there is no one to take my call or the office staff is in training, yet the person who answers the phone clearly has zero phone etiquette. Its ridiculous!!

  If I could give negative -5 stars I would! They are the most RUDE and unprofessional JOKE of a Law firm I have ever had to encounter. I had got a car from a local buy here pay here in ***** back in 2015. In hindsight the lot was a shady car dealer, but I was young &needed a car. 3 days later car was stolen, I reported it to the police, got a report and gave it to the car lot. The people at the dealership told me they would void the contract as we hadn't even been able to complete the deal anyway. Fast forward to 2020 this company begins trying to garnish me, which based on the laws in the *********** they are past the time frame to do so. Whenever I call this joke of a law firm, they are rude, unprofessional, and condescending. They say one thing, then double back and say "i never said that" I literally have to record my calls whenever I have to speak with them. They act as if I personally owe them, and I don't even know them. I can't count how many times I've had to tell DESTINY at this place to not be rude with me and to try to maintain her professionalism. Absolutely PATHETIC. I've hired a REAL LAW FIRM with REAL attorneys to get this issued resolved.

  The actions taken by Robinson *********************************************** have placed myself, my spouse, and our three young children in a state of profound financial distress. I find myself unable to pay our existing bills, and the extensive damage they have inflicted makes it impossible to regain stability.I understand that situations may arise where debts need to be collected, but the way they handled it was absolutely unacceptable.We were already existing on a hand-to-mouth basis, barely making ends meet with each paycheck.With complete disregard for any prior notice or attempt to communicate, they initiated an exorbitant garnishment from my paycheck. This sudden and substantial loss of income has had severe consequences for me, my wife, and our three young children. It has left us in a state of financial distress, forcing us to make impossible choices between essential needs such as housing, transportation, and even food.

  I am one of many that has been garnished with no knowledge of anything? I believe they said 2009? 13 years ago? I really dont remember? I offered to work with them and the lady asked for documents; literally 36 hours later they hit my bank account again? I dont know who the debt is, I dont know what I owe, I dont know if or when I was served? As of today I have left two messages, and based on all of the other reviews, I know nobodys going to call me back.
