      My elderly father was billed a lump sum of $213.20 on 8-5-21 after my having called and requested cancellation for his service approximately in March or April of 2020. The customer service agent told me it was cancelled. I called back and the agent told me he showed no cancellation. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me his supervisor would tell me the same thing. I insisted on speaking with a supervisor yet he kept arguing with me and speaking over me to the point of being extremely rude. I finally got a supervisor on the phone and was told the full amount would be refunded. Only a partial amount was refunded of $157.45 on September 8th. I called back and was told the remainder of $55.57 would be refunded. I asked for a confirmation email of that since my verbal cancellation was not done. No email ever sent. Called back again on ****-21, went through the whole thing all over again. No email, no remaining refund. I was told on **** that the business office had five days to approve it, to which I had replied that it had been well over the five days. No response from the business office, no email, no refund to his bank account. There may have been one additional date of a phone call that I haven't documented. On the last phone call, I told her that I would be contacting the BBB because I was tired of wasting my time calling when they do not do for the customer what they say they will do. I spent at least an hour trying to get this resolved. Terrible customer service on all ends. If it was me, I'd let it go but it is not right to take advantage of the elderly. My father can no longer see to read the paper.
