A 4 year old high end mattress (Lady America Sierra ), has gone from a firm mattress to a sink hole. Sagging in the mattress is about 12 inches, in sleeping position. Their excuse is "wear & Tear", after 4 years into 25 years warrantee. unbelievable response to a 15 year customer.

Great furniture with lousy service!!!! Ordered 3 times and evertime they messed out order up.First of all, we purchase a bed in their clearance department and bought couch also. The next day, I took time off work, from out of town, to pick it up the next day. I rented a U-Haul and when I got there, they said that they don't pull merchandise from the warehouse on Wednesdays. I missed a whole day of work for nothing because they failed to tell me that on Tuesday and they actually told my wife it was ok to pick it up the next day (which was Wednesday).They said they was sorry and they offered free delivery. We accepted!! They brought the wrong bed that had marker stain across the board and you can tell it was laying in grass because it had grass on it and sold my bed to someone else that I paid cash for. They did nothing to fix the problem and when we called to the store, floor manager *********************** hung up on my wife and refused to answer her call.We came back to the store a couple weeks later and purchased a bedroom set. We ordered 2 sets of mattress spring boxes exactly how they had it on the floor so the bed can be high. I asked for it to be delivered on Tuesday and they assured me and my paperwork said it. Then they had me written down for Saturday. This the stuff I'm talking about. Luckily we found out and they corrected it.Delivery day....They gave us the wrong ones. We wanted the low profile one like we seen. We agree to keep one set so they can exchange it on a another delivery. We spoke to customer service and they assured a call back. We never got called back.I waited two weeks and called again. They assured us again.I finally went to the store and asked to speak to the manager and told the lady I didn't want ************ because I won't be nice. She said she's new and don't know who that is. I told her that if it's the guy walking my way, it's best you get someone else.************ became my queen because I made it clear to him I didn't want to speak to him

They did not explain anything to us about our warranty or return policy. Tried returning next day and being told over and over about a policy we were not told about. We are stuck after $3000 of hard earned money with a product unusable!

Purchase a trundle bed, with pop up roll out bed. Also came with wooden slats and a link spring. Purchase 2 mattresses, but did not get the day bed link spring w/slats.Purchase this 2/7/22, picked up most of the bed 3/1/22 because it still wasn't all in. Every other week I get another date for pick up or haven't came in yet. Called today to ck if it would be there on 3/27/22 and I get another date of 4/7/22. I think they sold something they never had, I never had a problem like this before with them. But I see many other people have had problems by reading their reviews.???????

this place is the worst ever. We ordered a **** dollar bedroom set, and they sent the wrong slats so we had to sleep in the floor for 7 nights while they tried to fix the problem, when they came back a week later, they expected me to assemble the bed. I said no and they couldnt figure out the directions, and yes, pieces missing on the redelivery as well. they are awful!!! **************** doesnt return calls, wont give you the address where to send a complaint. No covid priority at all.If you want good service, this isnt the place for you.. They ****

I spent about $3800 on a mattress & adjustable base in January. In July after making an honest effort to adjust to the bed, it was too firm. Called to do the exchange as I purchased the additional, mattress cover, pillows & rewards to qualify for the 365 sleep warranty. In July I meet with a district manger to exchange & am told it would be an additional $700 for the exact same mattress in the "softer" version. I requested a returned or clearance model of like **************** For MONTHS I texted to get an update & was blown off. I finally called & made a complaint & the next day all of a sudden they had a mattress. both times we went to select a mattress, we were told how the firm is like concrete & the misconception of firm beds being good for your back. We were never told this at time of purchase. Get my delivery 10/14/2021 & the paperwork I was finally shown, confirms the mattress I was given is $600 less than my original purchase & does not have all of the features of my original. I contacted the DM to ask could they at least throw in some pillows & was told NO. Instead of reducing their profit & swapping me out for my exact mattress they made me wait 2 1/2 months to get the new one delivered, at not even close to the price or quality & almost bragged that they knew the firm mattress is the most returned mattress they sell. Then a simple gesture of a set of pillows was too much. Will never shop or recommend Mathis Brothers again
