  Got a check from Van Buren energy for minerals that they have, but the check is no good. I have repeatedly called them left messages with my number address. My owner number which is ****** and they refuse to return any calls, or to acknowledge me in anyway.

  Good afternoon,

  We have reviewed the complaint dated March 28, 2024 on behalf of *************************** from ***************, ********. The last contact we have from **************** was on August 3, 2023 where he requested that we void and re-issue a royalty payment check that had not been delivered to his address on file. Contact was made with **************** within a week of the messages received. The check was voided and re-issued by Van Buren Energy Production, LLC on September 24, 2023 and cashed by ****************. **************** still has two outstanding payments, but there has been no attempt to cash. We have also included payment history showing what he has cashed and what is still outstanding. As stated above, we have no recent communication from ****************, who has presumably had a check for the amount in dispute since July or August of 2023.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  
  if you will notice one of the files that they have sent is in the name of ***************************, not ***************************. I have received a total of three checks from them on this account one of which would not cash. The bank had called me back I had to go back up to the bank and pick up, the check, they have never resubmitted any check to me. I have not received payment and that I I will not be cashing any other checks of theirs. I asked them to send a cashiers check or cash of any form they have not contacted me theyre answering service did contact me and sent my request onto them. They have not called me. I have waited for them to call me. I have called him multiple times and have record of that , they are nothing more than liars

  We received the attached follow-up to our response. Aside from ******************** account with uncashed payments, he has a separate account that is setup as direct deposit. Unfortunately, we do not mail cash or cashier's checks as he requested in his response to the Better Business Bureau, but we can get a direct deposit setup for his uncashed payments and any payments going forward so there are no issues with any mail delays or lost checks. With his authorization, we can combine his separate accounts and re-issue any uncashed funds to his bank account directly with next month's revenue distribution. **************** may complete the form to confirm his current banking information and email a copy to ****************************************************************** and they will be processed for next month's distribution. I have also included our general FAQ which is available online as well and provides more details to general owner questions.
