Car whent into the shop perfectly fine and they performed an oil change when they got done with my car was smoking and refused to do anything about had to get it towed back to my home they damaged my vehicle and refused to do anything about it.also have recording of the techs talking about they did something would like to get this resolved or edclate matters to courtBusiness response

Thank you for taking the time to reach back out to us. As we discussed when you were at our shop, our oil change procedure was followed correctly. The oil filter was tight, the drain plug was tight and the oil level was correct. We understand mechanical failure is never convenient or predictable.

I took my car to Precision tune auto care, ************* at 2324 N. Meridian on June 7, 2024. I called beforehand to find out what they charged for an oil change so when they quoted me $39.90 for a synthetic oil change, I decided to take my car to them. So when I got there, I told the guy that I wanted to $39.90 price for a semi synthetic oil change the sign clearly states up to 5 quarts of oil. So while I was waiting, they brought me my air filter and told me that I needed to have it changed . It did not look that dirty to me and so I told them that I did not want it. When it came time to pay, they charged me $53 and I asked them why and he said it was for the fifth quart of oil. I pointed out the sign that he has sitting at the front counter and read him what it says, and I argued with him and he said that he could not refund my money. When I pointed out that the sign said up to 5 quarts of oil for that price he said well that it was standard in most oil change places, I asked him why he did not tell me that upfront and he did not provide me with an answer. I am a senior citizen. 74 years old and a woman I was ripped off and I am very angry because I feel like I was taken advantage of because Im a senior citizen and because Im a woman .Business response

We took our car to this location to do a brake job. After their techs finished installing the brakes they backed out of the shop bay and crashed our car into another vehicle that was parked damaging our car. The employee and the shop stated it was their fault. We asked for the shop's insurance but the manager [*****] wouldn't provide that information and said they want to try to handle it themselves. I repeatedly asked for their insurance but was told they weren't giving me the information but they will pay for all the damages as a result of the accident. The shop stated they will cover everything that was damaged. They said they will contact their main owner to have our vehicle repaired and for us to drive it home and they will contact us when they have a place. The manager stated they don't want to use their insurance due to it making their rates go up and they will pay for all the damages out of their pocket. We asked for the name of the repair place and where they were located but Precision didn't want to tell us where our car would be repaired at. After asking several times they finally stated it will be repaired at ColorTech [Edmond, OK]. They took our vehicle there to get fixed but ColorTech didn't fix it correctly [still has damages!]. The trunk is misaligned, the light and part of the bumper is sticking out and not smooth and has large gaps. The job was not done correctly! Precision sent it back to them again but ColorTech said they won't repair it. Now the vehicle is still damaged! Precision then tried to bribe me to take $800 (I declined), then $1500 and leave, but I declined that and said I want my vehicle fixed correctly. They said give them my vehicle a third time but I said I will contact my own insurance and mechanic but they said I either do it their way or no way at all. I had to call the police to avoid confrontation. I am still dealing with trying to get my vehicle fixed! We need our vehicle fixed completely and correctly asap!Business response

We took the vehicle to Colortech body shop in Edmond. We paid them for the repairs to the vehicle. If they are unsatisfied with the repairs they need to talk to Colortech.
