      I've been trying to reach *** to obtain three separate money orders, and have even filed a claim with GFps and with the BBB. I never never received anything from the company not even a reply to any of my correspondence, including fax email and phone calls. I find it entirely disrespectful and entirely unnerving that they can go and do this to someone holding your money for over 2 1/half years Ive already sent in ****** claimsnever received anything from the company not even a reply to any of my correspondence, including fax email and phone calls.       ************** has claims for 3 money  orders.  She filed her first complaint with the bbb and discovered that the original claims that she had sent through the mail did not arrive.  She finally got the claims filed in February 2023.  in response to her first bbb complaint as our letter stated... She needed to send the claim information/form, Stubs, **, and Fees.  This is the requirement for all claims. We got permission to waive the stub requirement because according to her she had sent them originally and they did not arrive.  Our letter did state that we must have her ** and fees.  We have never received her ** or fees.  We as a company have chosen to pay her claim fees for her in this one instance and we have used the ** attachment with this complaint as her ** requirement.  In future, please note that we will do what we can to help with any claim, however, the customer MUST do their part.  We are sorry that ************** feels slighted in this instance.  Her replacements will be printed and out to her within the next 5 days.  We sent ************** a letter stating the requirements that were still due in March 2023.  This letter was returned to us.  We have checked the address on her claim, our system, and the documents that she attached to this complaint.  They all have the same address.  This is the address that we will send her replacements to.  If the replacement is returned, it will be up to ************** to give us another viable address to send her replacement to.  If ************** has any questions she can feel free to call us anytime.

      Tried retrieving a copy of a cashed money order and the system doesn't recognize my money order number.Receipt number: ********** Sold 8/15/2017 Cashed not long after.I need the copy of it cashed.

      Hello I have looked through our systems to find your claim and we haven't received the proper information to be a able to complete your request. We will be more than happy to fulfill your request as soon as you provide the following: place an over the phone payment of $15 for a processing fee and provide an email address or send us through the mail a copy of your ID, a money order/cash (no personal checks) for $15, the original receipt and fill out an image request form.       I purchased 3 money order and had the original money order stubs from 2017 & 2019. I followed the process of filling out the Refund and Copy Request form:Mailed the form to GFPS at ************************************************************ Completed the bottom half of Money Order Claim Form Attached the ORIGINAL detachable money order receipt from 2017 and (2) 2019 Purchased (3) $15 processing fee (money order payable to GFPS ) included in each request Submitted a copy of government issued picture ID Completed a Money Order Claim Form for each request.It has been over 60 days and I have not hear anything from GFPS. I have tried to locate the money orders on the moneyorderclaims.com website with no results. The ************ or ************ numbers does not provide any direct contact with an agency, nor did it provide any useful information pertaining to my claim. There is nothing on the Refund/Copy request form about date limitation. I have also reached out to the company's cooperate office where I purchased the money order for help, they could only provide information that I have already. I have tried every opinion presented to obtain a copy of my money orders. This seems to be a issue with GFPS. The complaints are for the same issue that I am having.

      To Whom it May ***************** 10/29/2021 we sent images by mail to the customer as per her request. On Nov, ******* we received the mail back stating (attempted not known unable to forward)

       Since that time we have attempted to contact the customer by email and have not gotten any response back. 

      We would like to get the information to the customer, we need a alternative address, or email to send the images too.
