Truckers Be ware. The will give you incomplete information for loads and they will also be informed that the loads from the warehouse for pick up will be delayed and will not inform you of the information relayed to them. Then they will black ball you for passing on the load if you have another pick because their tardiness. They put a black ball on my company I only accepted ONE load from them and they FAILDED to inform my company about the delay at their warehouse where the shipment had to be picked up. When my driver arrived at the location they said that he was way to early and that Armstrong was informed of the delay since this morning. The shipment was not even pulled. or wrapped. when my driver drop off there shipment he had a pick up 15 miles from where there load was dropping off. They said the0at they will pay for the layover but I have another commitment as well so I let them know that he will have to leave. The take NO responsibility *************************** was my point of contact. You must bend over for them .... basically I should s**** over another company to accommodate you because you all can't communicate with the information that was given to you. They didn't even give the correct documents for the load . SMH they deserve NO STARS. When my dispatcher called has said that they said that we abandoned 3 loads with them which is a TOTAL LIE.
