              placed an order on 6/11 for an item. Before proceeding to pay the shipping costs based on my zip code was $12. then I went back and used the discount code for 15% and saw that the shipping costs rose to $24 after using the discount code. Not sure why the shipping costs didnt stay the same.

              They advertised a sale and when attempting to purchase the item, the sale price of 25% off did not work. After emailing them, they said the product was not included, but no where on their website did it show that the item was excluded. They would not honor the price which is very poor customer service. I would be cautious ordering from them as they advertise a % off but then they won't give the price on certain items.
