Ordered an engraved flask, then added to the engraving after the order was placed. ****** was more than accommodating and had my order changed right away! I am very happy with the flask and know that the recipient will be just as happy! Highly recommend Home Wet Bar and will definitely be back!!Review from Kay B

They advertised a sale and when attempting to purchase the item, the sale price of 25% off did not work. After emailing them, they said the product was not included, but no where on their website did it show that the item was excluded. They would not honor the price which is very poor customer service. I would be cautious ordering from them as they advertise a % off but then they won't give the price on certain items.

The process was very easy and everything looked great. Ordered the smoker whiskey set and it looks awesome! I even messed up my shipping address and caught it after I had ordered it and emailed the site. They got right back to me and fixed the problem which was awesome!Review from Cindy T

If there was a way to give a negative rating I certainly would.....I ordered from Home Wet Bar online on November 30th. The website said I was ordering a set of 4 personalized whiskey glasses and a set of 4 personalized stemless wine glasses. On December 9th I received the order and it was 1 of each glass type. I called the customer service number and received a voicemail telling me to leave a message and someone would call me back. I heard nothing and 2 business days later I called again. No answer again and the same voicemail. This being a gift, I immediately re-ordered so I would at least have a matching pair of these glasses and paid for the expediated shipping of $20 to have it in 3 days. I went to the website today and the order hasn't even begun to be processed. I did an online chat and was told by the representative that because of the number of orders they would be processed first come first serve and the 3 days is after processing.... not stated on the website (if it is, it isn't easy to find). I asked about the error in the first order and she would not address it. I then asked about the return policy and she said because it is personalized there is no return policy. I asked about cancelling the pending order and miraculously it is now in process and can not possibly be stopped. For the price I paid with shipping and the frustration I should have a set of 12 of each of these glasses but nope..... 4 total glasses that I may or may not have next week. The customer service is unreachable and not customer oriented and the website is deceitful. The quality isn't any better than I would get from a TJ Maxx or Home goods. ****** learned.....I WILL NEVER ORDER OR PROMOTE THIS COMPANY.Review from Gary S

Short Changed me on Delivery.Instead of 2 items only one was sent.Then the usual tedious time wasted actually getting what you ordered and paid for..Product and price described as 2 but only one sent How simple is it.Its only difficult if they are scamming you.I actually had to re waste my time making sure the order said 2 items. The glass was a present for my son who has everything. He sent me a picture of the glass. It looks really beautiful, and he really liked it!Customer Service was wonderful.
