I placed my order for a kilt 14-June-2023, and I have been completely ignored since they took the funds from my account the moment the order was placed. Every attempt to communicate with them has been completely ignored. I've had to petition their financial partner BlueSnap and am awaiting a response from them. I've attached (or attempted to, at least) the receipt with my 1st message to them included, simply because I can't delete it from the message.The minimum I wish to see is my money refunded; even if they doubled my refund AND gave me the kilt for free, I still wouldn't feel positive about them, or ever doing business with. In all truth, I'd probably burn their product if it arrived, only the fire bans will prevent such.Initial Complaint

Transaction was made 01/12/2022 for a purchase of a Sporran listed from their website at the price of $75.00 USD with $19.50 USD for shipping of a total of $94.50. The order number was 14301.After not receiving a confirmation the item was shipped (the website claims it will ship in **** days) I contacted them through their 24 hour email service and was informed that I should hear from the shipping department. When I did not hear from the shipping department after a few days, I reached out again. This time the email stated they did not have the materials to make the item I purchased and asked if I would like a refund to which I replied I would like a full refund. After not receiving any confirmation or a refund, I have reached out multiple times to inquire about a refund and have received no response to these emails. I have replied to emails they sent me as well as emailed them multiple times on their website contact us. My final email on their website stated if I did not receive a message in response to my inquiry about a refund I would contact the Better Business Bureau. This final email was sent 1 week ago.
