This business had the frame brand I like. I was able to be there the day the brand rep was delivering new styles. After trying on many, I found one I wanted but, they were not in stock. The business rep wrote down the style ************** on the printout of my insurance information. I took a picture of the paper with my phone. She had written down $230. With the frames ordered, I waited for the call to return for the measuring tasks. I went in two weeks later for measuring & to pay so the glasses could be sent off & made with my prescription. After the measuring, she was writing up the *********** questioned the price of $270. She said the previous price she wrote down was just an estimate. I asked her to honor ******** would not. After waiting two weeks for the frames to arrive & now having to wait **** more days for their return, I felt I had no choice but allow the order to go through. My old glasses were not doing the ******* really needed to see. I did not want to have to start the search process all over. On top of the price issue, the service when I return to retrieve the finished glasses was awful. I chose a day they opened at 7am as to not be late to my job. I arrived at 5 minutes before & waited 50 minutes for anyone to show up. The first person to show up at 7:45 would not let me in. I waited a minute to allow her to turn on lights, etc. & then I knocked. She never came to the door. By this time, I really had to use the restroom. I knocked & knocked. She never even came to the door to explain why. The next lady to arrive let me in & I ran to the restroom. She ended up being the one to give me my glasses & said they are not allowed to let anyone in if they are the only ones there. Nothing was ever said about not opening at 7am as it says on the door & website. I am very displeased with what I had thought was a really good business at the beginning. I had to return home to change my pants before going to work that day just an awful experience.
