Hi, -On 5-4-23, I scheduled an appointment on All Paws Mobile Grooming Website for a dog bath and brush service for the date of 5-13-23 -I was charged a deposit of $***** and this was taken from my bank account on 5-4 -All Paws Mobile website indicates the appointment you choose is not guaranteed, but they will contact you by phone or email within 2 days -I have never been contacted by AllPaws -The phone numbers that are listed for AllPaws are not working numbers -I have tried messaging on the ALLPAWS website chat and have not gotten a response -I paid this deposit for my father's dog, and the services have not been provided -I never received an email confirmation for the deposit fee or appointment -I was informed by the bank this charge is "rolling" and will occur monthly -I've researched reviews about this business and most stories are similar to mine -Can you please help me get the ***** refund -I've attached photos of the bank statement charge, and website chat Thank you, ***********************Customer response

Hi, I booked the appointment online at All Paws Mobile Grooming in *************. They are a mobile grooming service for the ******** area. I attached a screen shot of their website. The website doesn't list contact information. I found that information on their ******** page and listed it in the complaint.
