  My girlfriend ******************************* has already filed a complaint, but it wont let her comment again. My girlfriend is not falsely claiming our dog she makes half of the payments on our dog. If my girlfriend could be on the ownership with me she would. If the vets are on site every week why were we not told our dog had kennel cough when we bought her. Clearly because you did not know. And you guys saying we did not pay for the medication to treat the puppy is a lie she was prescribed two antibiotics the first one the vet did pay for but the second medication we paid for the whole thing. I completely agree puppys are prone to catch illnesses just like children but why would you sell someone a puppy that is sick. Just like you dont sell someone a broken toaster oven. Me ta**** my dog to the vet when she needs her vaccinations has nothing to do with my dog having kennel cough when we first bought her. You guys are ridiculous. My dogs health was not in jeopardy from the kennel cough but if my dog were to catch an illness from contaminated water like that other poor dog she wouldve actually died.

  This is in response to a complaint filed by Alekzander King.
  On November 13th, 2022, Mr. **** visited our Petland Oklahoma City location and purchased a Pug puppy
  assigned microchip ***************. During time of purchase, if Mr. **** would like to share ownership
  of his new puppy with Ms. *********, he was able to add his girlfriend, Adrian ********* (who has made
  complaints 19914104 & 68105832). Mr. **** can also add Ms. ********* to their puppy’s AKC Registrations
  as well as the AKC Reunite microchip program. Petland Oklahoma City is not sure as to why Ms. *********
  was not added.
  We are genuinely sorry to learn about the health issues your puppy has been facing. In our Limited Puppy
  Warranty, we explicitly state that any concerns related to the puppy's health should be brought to the
  attention of our Solutions.Pet department, along with their contact information and operating hours. Up
  to this point, neither Mr. **** nor Ms. ********* has reached out to Solutions.Pet to report any health
  concerns or veterinary expenses incurred.
  Mr. **** will need to file a claim with Solutions.Pet, providing a diagnosis from the veterinarian and
  including all relevant paperwork, such as itemized invoices and veterinary notes. According to the terms
  of the Limited Puppy Warranty, if Mr. **** utilized one of our approved veterinarians, he may be eligible
  for reimbursement since the initial round of treatment is covered directly through them.
  Please be aware that our puppies receive the utmost care, with evaluations conducted by a minimum of
  two, and often three, different veterinarians before they are made available for adoption. While
  unforeseen circumstances can occasionally arise, Petland Oklahoma City offers a 14-Day Limited
  Warranty and a 12-Month Hereditary and Congenital warranty to help cover customers' expenses.
  Solutions.Pet is accessible seven days a week and could have been contacted by Mr. **** or Ms. *********
  to request reimbursement for any charges incurred. We strongly urge Mr. **** to get in touch with
  Solutions.Pet promptly so that we can provide the necessary assistance in accordance with the terms
  outlined in the signed Limited Puppy Warranty agreement.
