Cresta residential owns the apartment complex i am submitting this claim about. I have had problems like roaches mice, no running water. I have had homeless people living infront of my apartment threatening my safety. I have had noisy neighbors constantly to the point were it was affecting my mental health. The owners have breached the contract in this lease when i felt my safety was at risk and the overwhelming noise violations. I have had to make multiple 911 calls addressing people being loud after midnight around my window playing music and breaking beer bottles and possible gang and drug activity. I had to terminate my lease and leave before my 30 day notice on legal grounds. I had legal reason to leave for my own safety and health. The business is shady as there is no actual number to call and speak to corporate. You can look at the link i provided (***************************************)And see that they literally put ******* as their actual phone number. ***************** - this number may be the business owners number as they called to address my issue but refused to acknowledge they violated the lease. They are charging me my last months rent and i would like them to remove this charge as i can provide proof they broke the lease contract with my safety being threatened and my right to peaceful living being compromised. I have attached all documents .
