      The owners of this "business" are completely negligent and over all disrespectful. They seem to be completely unaware that CIMARRON PARK ESTATES (one of their many rental properties) houses over 100 families, and people are constantly treated like they are LESS than HUMAN. Many residents have been extorted and forced into rent-to-own contracts that have been drawn illegally. The ownership of this park has failed to maintain a current standing with licensing through The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs- Manufactured Home Division, and have failed to provide the 60 day habitability warranty required for the SALE of used manufactured homes in Texas. They have also failed at maintaining the the property when it comes to landscaping of grass, trees, and brush that have become liabilities to the safety of their tenants. Among these things, they refuse to communicate with their tenants, through ALL available platforms, and will remove you from the platforms in which you CAN communicate with them. They hang up on people, and continuously present themselves in the park and avoid tenants, but cannot answer tenant questions or complete work order request. We have recently gained the attention of 3 major media outlets, that have resulted in several news articles and on air stories being shared in the local news. The result of those published articles have incited many acts of retaliation, and excessive fees being assessed and charged to tenants, including fees for NEW structures in the form of shed that are NOT in our RTO contracts. This is by far the grossest abuse of power that I have ever seen, and the low income families that reside in CIMARRON PARK ESTATES are being taken advantage of. We have a Facebook support group over over 80 members who CONSTANTLY run into these issues, with NO resolution, or are threatened with eviction. Something has to be done about the illegal practices of this CIMARRON PARK ESTATES, which is managed by OAKWOOD PROPERTIES.

The management company for Cimarron Park Estates is "Oakwood Properties" which is located in Texas if We are not mistaken.       Hello,I am filing this complaint on my property management company due to their negligence. I have been calling them all year (2022) to fix two problems, that they cannot seem to fix. The first problem is my plumbing, they have out and only bandage the situation which causes me to be back in the same situation 30/60 days later. my toilet keeps overflowing due to this situation. i have asked them to send an actual licensed plumber out to fix the situation but they refuse to do so. I cannot currently use my restroom as i type this letter. The sewer water is arising from my bath tub, i have pictures and videos to prove so. I have an asthmatic son who lives with me, I cannot live in this condition. My house smells like sewer due to this situation. Also, I have informed the company that my AC is not working, they have sent several inexperienced guys out to fix a problem that requires a licensed person. Currently me and my children are sitting in a hot and smelly house that smells like sewer. My thermostat says it is 80 degrees in my home.

      I have lived in this residence for a year and I have faced all the negative things from Mr. *************************** and his team. For a whole year nothing is fixed right nothing is done unless I call and say something about court. They are rude and disrespectful and when I called to try to find a solution I was talked to very rude and hung up on twice by ******************** himself. My house is basically unlivable and my health issues are becoming worse with the problems occurring. I just need help please

      I am rejecting this response because: What he said is a lie and I never said anything was fixed I said it was problems out the gate he never offered anything back to me and it took almost a year to get him to even speak to me only **** fixed things in my house and please show me the text messages that are inappropriate because Im far from that I got upset because this rude man called me at 7 in the morning and was very rude and was not listening I never disrespected him or said stuff was fixed my floor was flooded because my brand new system was messed up my roof had water pouring in and all they did was put a piece of tarp on it havent been back since my air wasnt even hooked up when it was supposed to I sat in heat for days and I called all this in plus so much more they even took 11 months to fix holes in my bedroom ceiling the same ceiling water poured through Ive even left voicemails where are those THE WORKERS TOLD ME TO CONTACT HIM SO I DID TOOK ALMOST A YEAR TO GET A CONVERSATION THAT HE SHUT DOWN BEFORE IT STARTED
