I bought a 5th wheel for this dealership and I was lied to from the first moment I got there. I was told that there was a 1 year warranty and I could purchase and additional warranty to cover everything for 5 years. Me and my family's first day with the RV the black tank fell right out of the bottom, ripping the undercarriage cover, wiring, hoses and dump connectors out on it's way to the ground. I called the Good Sam number for assistance, they told me that they would send a towing service. I explained to them that the RV's guts were on the ground and who ever came would have to button that up before we could move it. I waited 2 hours, no tow truck. Called back, they said its on its way, 2 more hours, no tow truck. I was told i would have to call manufacturer as their warranty comes first, they are not open on the weekend. I called my sales person, Francisco, and he assured me he would talk to his Manager on Monday and get this taken care of, Monday comes and goes, no call from anyone. I am still dead at the RV Lot with no response from anyone. the warranty does nothing, the sales people do nothing, the management does nothing - even the financial lady that sold us on extended warranty lied through her teeth and did nothing after speaking with her. This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life and I strongly recommend you find another RV Lot to purchase as they people are dishonest crooks that will turn their back on you the moment the check clears the bank.
