Our one-year-old travel trailer was struck by lightning on June 17, 2023. We delivered the trailer to McClains' RV for service on July 6, 2023. Prior to the lightning strike everything worked perfectly. I provided a list of the known damage which included electrical components of oven/cooktop, air conditioner, puck lights inoperable, outside running lights not working, and electric **** not working. I informed the technician at that time that I did not test anything after the incident because the oven was smoking so I ask that they run a complete diagnostic to determine the extent of the damage. The unit was subsequently damaged on or about July 9, 2023 by hail while at the shop. We have had the unit out of the shop on two short occasions since that time only to find that the needed repairs were not completed. Additionally, the oven appears to have been damaged during its lightning repairs and the insurance will not pay to replace it. On Friday, May 17, 2024, we were informed by the service advisor that the unit was ready for pick-up. We scheduled a pick-up for 11:00a.m. on Wednesday May 22, 2024. We also booked a trip to ********** for Memorial Day at a non-refundable expense of $756.00. When I arrived on Wednesday, the unit was not ready. I was informed that the unit would not be ready until after Memorial Day requiring us to cancel our trip. Our Unit has been in the shop or not functioning correctly for almost a full year. We are now expected to pay for the new Oven Unit and are out $756.00 in non-refundable expenses associated with a trip we booked based upon the service advisors representations. As a business owner myself, I always want to know when my customers are not happy, and my wife and I are not happy. We need someone at McClains RV to take this matter seriously. We have paid for a travel trailer that we have been unable to use for almost a year. I need someone to contact me or my wife regarding how to make this situation right.

We went into McClains RV in ************* to purchase a new RV and pay cash. After finding one we liked we made a copy of their offer with our phone and told them we need to think about it and they told us take your time, we will not pressure you. Never signed anything. We checked out their review through the BBB and others that are reliable and found horrible reviews. We walked away and never contacted them. Then today we get a letter from our credit bureau saying they pulled our credit. How did they do that without our permission or social security number? We told them cash, we never signed anything. We took a picture of their offer with our phone since we couldn't take it with us. They are very dishonest and we are so happy we walked away from this shameful place that takes advantage of people instead of following God's Commandments. We want this removed from our credit report and reported as they were not authorized to do it and a letter stating the same for our records.

I bought a Class A RV earlier this year April . The upper cabinets were found to be busted and defective “after” the deal was done, also the leather seat is torn and the bathroom door fell down and needs replacing. I was told my cabinets would be replaced within six weeks to 3 months if purchase. I am STILL waiting on a replacement . I briyjft the RV back from Texas for schedule repairs in august when the replacement cabinets arrived . 1. They had no knowledge of my appointment when I checked in. They were very rude, condescending and in general unhelpful. Once they determined I indeed had scheduled repair they then told me the cabinets sent fir the repair ( after approx. 3 months) were the wrong size . I picked up my untelaired RV with a “ Promise” to hear from them soon. I am still waiting (10/11) ti hear from them I have only half my cabinets no bathroom door, torn leather seats and no communication from them EXCEPT what I have initiated. I am still being told they are “waiting” on parts . Now this has been going on for 6 months. They have their money for the RV and I am getting very poor customer service. My “new “ RV is in need of desperate repair. And I can’t get it fixed . Very frustrating

I gave them ******* dollars down payment on an Rv. Idecided I did not want the ** because I have one. We were never qualified by lending company, nor did we take possession of the **. We explained to them our situation and they refused to give back our money because we initialled a paper saying they worked on a no cooling off period. We were told by the salesman and the business manager all through this ordeal that the deposit was refundable. We were told the deposit had to be given in order for us to see the final numbers . We were decieved during this process and now the deception is being denied by both the salesman and business manager. At no time were we even qualified through a lending agency nor did we take possession of it.

The customer came in to the dealership and purchased our 2021 KZ Connect 271BHK on October 30, 2021.  At that time, ALL of the attached documentation was presented to the customer, agreed to, and signed as acknowledgement.  The acknowledgement form (Bullet Point #2) clearly discloses the "NO COOLING OFF PERIOD" and reads as follows:

***** and ******** laws do not provide for a "cooling off" or other cancellation period for vehicle sales. Therefore, you cannot later cancel the contract simply because you change your mind, decide the vehicle costs too much, or wish you had acquired a different vehicle. You may only cancel this contract with the agreement of the seller or for legal cause, such as fraud, after the purchase agreement has been signed.

As the documentation clearly shows, the acknowledgement and the purchase agreement were signed and their partial payment receipted in. The customer clearly states in the complaint "Idecided I did not want the ** because I have one."  In addition, the customer did provide a credit application (did not attach due to personal info) to proceed with bank submittals. If a customer does not want an **, why shop for one, pick one out, pull credit, agree to purchase at a payment, sign the worksheet, purchase agreement, and all acknowledgement forms?  Customer signed 4 documents agreeing to purchase and acknowledged the no cooling off period.

We would like to resolve the complaint with the ****** as soon as possible and, as we have shared and discussed with the customer, the $2500 partial payment can be applied to a different unit, product or service within 365 days.

My wife and I purchased and RV in February 2021. We purchased an extended warranty at the time of the transaction. After reviewing the cost of the warranty, we decided we didn't want it and emailed the dealership to cancel the warranty. We did try to call **** at the dealership and he would not return the call, so we emailed them and it was acknowledged that the warranty would be cancelled by a salesman. This was on May 1, 2021. Here we are in October and we still haven't been credited with the funds from the extended warranty cancellation. I have made numerous phone calls to this dealership and they are not being returned. I did speak with ****** at the dealership and was told by him that he was personally taking care of this. It has now been two months since he told me this and we still haven't seen the funds hit. We simply want the extended warranty cancelled and credited to our account. Their lack of concern is very alarming. Buyer beware. They don't believe in service after sale.
