On 6/23/2023 I placed an order online on Kicklahoma's at **** website. I was notified by email that day that the order had been received with no further updates.On 7/5/2023 I went into Kicklahoma store in ********* ***, ** and inquired about my order showing them the order number. The manager stated when you order off the website it comes from the warehouse not the store. This is not mentioned on the website. He the sent the owner **** a text message with my concern. I also emailed Kicklahoma with my concern, as of today, no response.Business response

An email was sent the following day after her order.
She never responded.
Do you place orders on online website and then walk into the store like they dont ship from a warehouse?
she Came into the store, reached out, we reached out to her, without further order was refunded.
crazy how she walks in to speak with somebody after not reaching out and then contacts the BBB the next day..
starbucks messes us an order and they line up the same day to order another drink
